error occurs when adding new biblio

Hi all, I got this error when I tried to catalog new books into koha. Need help with export after using SQL on database

I am running multiple databases and on one of them was having a hard time getting everything imported into the DB due to problems in the MARC records. I finally got a good clean MARC file created, and as there were problems with the record matching during import due to some extraneous characters in the title I decided to clean the database and import everything in again from the good file. I used phpmyadmin and did a DELETE FROM BIBLIO to remove the records, then the same on the biblioitems and the items tables. I also deleted everything from the import_biblios, import_items, and import_batches tables to clean up all the mess in there. I had used the tool to do some imports, but also used the bulkmarcimport.pl script for others to try and overcome the problems I was encountering. I then did an import using the Tool, and everything came in clean. When I try and export I get a koha.mrc file that is empty. I created another database to test, imported a few records then exported and all went well, so I am thinking my direct SQL action against the DB is what caused the problem. The first biblio in the database is no longer number 1, but starts much higher. The OPAC and staff client seem to be working as designed in all other aspects, but there are many that we have not yet had need for. I am concerned that my direct manipulation of the tables may turn up other problems in the future. We have made a number of configuration changes for this database so I don't want to start over with a clean Koha DB. Any idea how I can get export working correctly? If the answer is start clean, what do I need to do to get all the System Preferences and Bibliographic Frameworks moved over from the current DB to the new one? And will doing that hose things again? Setting status in items

Hi all. I've got 3.0 running beautifully and have successfully edited records and added records to the database. However, one of my records needs to have the item status set to Not Received. MARC field 952, subfield 1 is mapped to items.itemstatus. I have authorized values for the field. When I choose the value, the program does not retain the change. I've tried with the 'edit item' screen as well as 'Set Status' in the Items tab. Any suggestions? Previously set values are retained and visible for other items. Just can't make the change in 3.0. hi all Delhi Public Library started of circulation of dvds in three branch library of dpl using koha 3.0 stable vesion and we have charging Rs 300/- Management fee and Rs 1/- each branch library want to know how much money they have collected at the end of the day. Overdue Report

We have suppressed access to circ/overdue.pl in Production, but have it available on our Test installation. After playing with it some today, as test was mirrored from production last night and the data is fresh and accurate...I came up with some questions. Question 1: Should the report and filtering options (by library, by item type, by patron category) work the same on both servers? Question 2: If I'm reading Bug 2478 correctly - does this report even work at all?? We are able to successfully filter by library, but not by item type. Is work being done on overdue.pl for 3.2? The need we had was for one of our libraries to run a report to see which of their patrons had overdue DVDs. Simple, easy, or impossible? Check your MArc records and make sure you hate item information in 952 and try importing again. For your import to be in your collection Number of items added should not be zero Olugbenga Adara

NoZebra is turned OFF. According to the Explanation "If ON, Zebra indexing is turned off" which I think means NoZebra is on. My geek does not want to "kill zebra" and so she is setting up a cronjob to do the indexing. She has found some other issue with Perl and has said that I can turn NoZebra to the other setting temporarily; she's a fan of Zebras. biblio: import complete, no results

Koha 3.someting on a Linux OS. Have tried and tried to get records into the catalog. Can run the Log Viewer and see biblios and items added but cannot see them in the catalog. Yesterday I used the Log Viewer to delete them all. This morning I tried again: was told "Completed import of records" then, after a snack, searched the catalog and was told "No results found No results match your search for 'economics' in Stevens-Henager College Libraries Catalog." What am I doing wrong?
