Those are items that people have placed a hold on and you need to pull from the shelf and notify them that they are now on your hold shelf. Holds Queue-Should all items that are on hold (reserve) show up here? Right now when I click on this it shows that no items are found even though I know there are materials on hold for patrons.

Holds to Pull-Shows me the items students have put on hold/reserve that are available on the shelf and need to be pulled.

Holds Awaiting Pickup- are things that we have checked in and confirmed to be on reserve for the patron and we have set aside so that we can notify the patron.
