I want to make sure I am understanding the Holds areas. We're running Koha 3.01.00.008 Holds Queue-Should all items that are on hold (reserve) show up here? Right now when I click on this it shows that no items are found even though I know there are materials on hold for patrons. Holds to Pull-Shows me the items students have put on hold/reserve that are available on the shelf and need to be pulled. Holds Awaiting Pickup- are things that we have checked in and confirmed to be on reserve for the patron and we have set aside so that we can notify the patron. TIA, Marie Marie J.
