Thanks Katrin, We are two different libraries, I added my voice to the ring for if more than one user is facing the same problem it might become a bigger issue affecting many. My versions: 10.5.23-MariaDB Koha 23.11.05 I ran through the whole process again anyhow. I implemented the script and tested it all out as advised, the new items are getting new numbers. The solution works just as it did way back when. Most concerning to me is that this reoccurred despite implementing the fix a long time ago (I can't remember which version at this point) and having a later version of MariaDB. The error only flagged after a major upgrade, no issues were raised in the normal cataloguing activities of the library nor caught in the corrupted data report that gets run occasionally. Christina

Hi, I didn't realize that it was the same installation/library. What I was trying to find out with the test was if this was the old issue or a new one. If the test didn't result in a doubled up itemnumber, this might be something else. Maybe someone else has an idea how this could happen. As the itemnumber is set by the database, I am not sure how it's possible. Re-adding the mailing list. 404 Error after upgrading to 25.04

Hi After Upgrading to 25.04 I get a strange error: Selecting an entry in a list of results the record is displayed but a small window pops up on top oft he record displayed: Something went wrong when loading the table. 404: Not Found. But I can work on the record and there is no other problem. This happens only in the staff interface. The opac is not affected. Greetings Beda
