Good day! How can I change the domain name of a koha instance? I have a Koha 12.0 installed using debian repository.

I am seeing two MySQL errors thrown when trying to update from 3.18.11 --> 3.20.07. Are these benign or something about which concern should be raised? Problem uploading patrons

We're running 3.18.04. One (and only one) of my colleagues is unable to upload patron files. It's very curious, she has all the permissions, and I and another colleague have uploaded the same file without a problem. I have even logged into her account and uploaded the file successfully. But whenever she tries she gets a long string of error messages that boil down to Koha not parsing the header row. I've asked her to clear her browser (Firefox) history and cookies (there's an 8 hour time difference so I won't know if this works til tomorrow) Other than that I don't know why she can't do it and we can. Software error: Biblionumber

hi, i am a new koha-developer. I have a problem with my koha system, but i can´t understand it. I created one new MARC Framework changing some fields and one new item type for it. When i try to add one new record using this framework, i get this : Software error: No biblionumber tag for framework "MTS" at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Biblio.pm line 3135. What should i do? Hello! SIP2 Server not start!

Hi, I followed the guide on https://sites.google.com/a/liblime.com/koha-manual/Home/Table-of-Contents/A… https://sites.google.com/a/liblime.com/koha-manual/Home/Table-of-Contents/A… to configure the SIP2 server, but when i start it do not have any warning if it is correctly initialized or not. Files sip_log.out and sip_log.err are empty, try "ps-ef | grep SIP" but there are no processes, by connecting telnet gives me refused connection. Koha Plugin System

The installation here is Ubuntu 14.04.3 with a multi-tenant package install of Koha 3.20.07... I'm trying to enable the Plugin system using the instructions in the manual (http://manual.koha-community.org/3.20/en/pluginsystem.html) and here (https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-coverflow) - Changed koha-conf.xml <enable_plugins> to 1 - Ensured <pluginsdir> exists and is writeable by the koha user (755) - Restarted both services apache2 and koha-common. - Changed the UseKohaPlugins system preference to Enabled But when I click on the Tool Plugins link under Tools, I get the message... Plugins disabled! To enable Koha plugins, the system preference UseKohaPlugins must be enabled, and the flag enable_plugins must be set in the Koha configuration file Suggestions? gcb ______________________

Sorting records in Armenian

Dear List,We are using koha 3.22.05 We made changes in sort-string-utf.chr located in the /etc/koha/zebradb/lang_defs/en directorylowercase {0-9} abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz?????????????????????????????????(??)?????uppercase {0-9} ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ?????????????????????????????????(??)??(??)??) We made some changes because our catalog mainly consists of records in Armenian language. But search by title doesn't sort alphabetically Armenian characters, it sorts query descending. Why?Pls advice us what to do for correct sorting Armenian language records.Thanks, Erlanda

Error thrown when updating items

Hi, I'm running Koha 3.18.12.000 and I can this error when I try to update items for a record: :21: parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: record line 6 and datafield </datafield> ^ :22: parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: collection line 2 and record </record> ^ :23: parser error : Extra content at the end of the document </collection> the url pattern is something like this: ../cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl?op=edititem&biblionumber=''&itemnumber=''#edititem When I edit one of the fields on this screen it throughs the error above. It seems like a xml error, but after some internet sleuthing I came up with nothing. Can anyone help me out?
