SIP2 Server not start!

Hi, I followed the guide on https://sites.google.com/a/liblime.com/koha-manual/Home/Table-of-Contents/A… https://sites.google.com/a/liblime.com/koha-manual/Home/Table-of-Contents/A… to configure the SIP2 server, but when i start it do not have any warning if it is correctly initialized or not. Files sip_log.out and sip_log.err are empty, try "ps-ef | grep SIP" but there are no processes, by connecting telnet gives me refused connection. Getting the shelf location to show in the OPAC

Good morning, I think I am ready to launch Koha for all the library personnel and users in my system. The newest problem that I found is that the shelf location doesn't show in the OPAC. The shelf browser does, but without a Dewey number or cutter letters for fiction, it would difficult to find the item. I have the shelf location in three different areas of the item information. It is in 952c, 952j, and 952o. Is there something I need to set in system preference. Koha version: 3.00.06.010 is the version I am using. Any help would be appreciated. Migrate all Koha data from old server to new server

Hi all, We ae running Koha on a dodgy spare desktop that we scrounged up, now we have a nice shiny Dell server to run it on. What is the easiest method of transferring the data from the old server to the new server? (Using Koha 2.2.4 on both servers.) I'm guessing that all I have to do is install Koha on the new server (meet prerequisites etc) and move across the MySQL data to the new server. Am I missing something critical? Thanks, Greg

Can't locate C4/Context.pm

I know I have been down this road before but I am having the issue again. I run the (2) export commands: export PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib (C4 is located here) export KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml (the file is located here) But I still keep getting the error when running the perl /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -w command Can't locate C4/Context.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl line 5. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl line 5. It seems that it is not putting the path to C4 in the @INC. What am I missing. Thanks Ed Edward J. Using RFID with Koha

Exactly we would like to implement RFID in our library with Koha. Anyone is using Koha with RFID, any problems occurred during the implementation. Any additional software needed. Zebra server fails to start

Our external server is running, but Koha returns 0 results for all searches. We've got the LCK files owned & grouped as Koha. We've rebuilt the index. zebra-daemon and zebraqueue-daemon refuse to start. None of the error logs show anything. Any hints? Help? Lenora A. Where to put item information

Good morning, I have just gotten a new install of koha 3.0 Everything was going great until I went to look at the Koha Field for Items. Instead of being mapped to 952, every item is mapped to 995. I have tried to edit these to 952, but I couldn't do this. I can edit my Marc records so the information matches being on the 995 fields, but I wasn't sure if this would make a difference to having it in 952. I am using MARC21 as the flavor of MARC. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
