Does Koha plan to add 550, 562, 775, 780, 785 fields to Serial record workform?

Has it been added already? Because i have Koha version 3.10.02.000, and we still don't have it. Low-level, technical question: Are you using memcached on the server? At least for some versions of Koha memcached needs a restart before changes to the frameworks show up in the cataloguing interface. I have been bitten by this a couple of times and spent ages tracking it down... Best regards, Magnus
I've tried restarting 3 times and it didn't change anything .... also i have no idea about memcached on the server.
