[Koha] error occurs when adding new biblio

Hi all,

I got this error when I tried to catalog new books into koha.

Koha error

The following fatal error has occurred:

|Can't call method "fields" on an undefined value at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Biblio.pm line 1642.

I had a look at the log and I found this

And I found that this would only happen for some books, not all books.
