It's been there even before programming languages existed. Well... It's not in our production 3.8.24, so it's fairly recent. As far as I can tell it was introduced in 3.12 (which I've never played with -- and our cataloguers never even mentioned it during our evaluation of 3.20) so somebody should remember it? Thanks for pointing it out. >(<http://manual.koha-community.org/3.6/en/catadmin.html#marcbibframeworks>http://manual.koha-community.org/3.6/en/catadmin.html#marcbibframeworks) >In 3.12 just happened that we made it more user-friendly. You definitely have my '+1' for removing it -- I've already changed it (like the "-9") to "Future use" in our help files... The conference committee has not made any decisions at this time on the next meeting. However, it will definitely be in a different region. For sake of fairness, it will most likely be mid or western states for 2016. ___________________________ Christopher Brannon IT Coordinator 702 E Front Ave Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 (208)769-2315 Ext. 456 cbrannon(a)cdalibrary.org www.cdalibrary.org Date: Tue, 1 Sep 2015 10:48:30 -0400 From: Jesse Lambertson <jlambertson(a)sqcc.org> To: "koha(a)lists.katipo.co.nz" <koha(a)lists.katipo.co.nz>, Koha Devel <koha-devel(a)lists.koha-community.org> Subject: [Koha] Koha NA user's conference 2016 Message-ID: <CAMV4Y7MuasNqCVCkB9krftMZxdgukxJJieW4ascObddKb1G-sw(a)mail.gmail.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Good morning everyone, I am putting together some budget information for 2016 and I am curious if anyone in North America is thinking about where the 2016 NA user's group meeting will be. Checkbox «Flagged» on subfield visibility framework setup
by Pablo Bianchi 02 Sep '15

Hi! Even I read Koha manual <http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/master/en/catadmin.html#marcbibf…> (2.4.1.4. Edit Framework Subfields > Advanced constraint values > Visibility) and bug #9894, but it isn't clear to me what a "flagged" subfield means. Regards! Pablo

Translate vs Manual sites
by Pablo Bianchi 02 Sep '15

02 Sep '15

Trying luck on this list: On "Stable link to latest version of manual" koha-docs list nice people like Nicole, Bernardo and Larry Baerveldt help me and create "current" symlink on manual site. But considering that - current/master version of manual are hosted on translate.k-c - those versions are far nicer than manual.k-c ones - when you type *manual koha somthingelse* on Google always retrieve manual.k-c, and always very old versions, So I: - wonder why manual.k-c exists - suggest to put a robots.txt on both sites to keep robots out of older versions, or at least encourage the use of *master/current* versions. Regards! Pabl o PS: BTW, I wonder if serivces like readthedocs.org gitbook.com could make all those tasks easyer.
