MySql 4.1 4.koha 2.2.8 i successfully installed the koha installation with error state that koha is tested on 5.8.8.x.x still i continue the installation process successfully without any error. when i try to access the url for koha it gives an error 500 internal server error. i checked the log files in apache log ataching them. please help!!! thanks

Koha 2.2.8 is more than 8 years old, released 1 May 2007. That is about 700 in software years. Do not use it. There is no support for this version, and it has little to do with Koha today. There is no version of Koha for Windows. There are instructions how to set up Koha on Debian or Ubuntu in the Koha wiki: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_Debian You will have to install a GNU/Linux system if you want to install Koha. Greetings, Koha no longer supports the native windows version 2.2.8 You can run Koha on Windows or Macs using VirtualBox or some other virtualization software. https://www.virtualbox.org/ Grab a debian ISO https://www.debian.org/distrib/ And once you have Debian running as a VM, follow current instructions. http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Debian GPML, Mark Tompsett P.S. Don't run a production system virtualized on a Windows machine. It's not recommended.
Hi, This version is very old, and not supported for various reasons (it's very old, you're running it on Windows, it's very very old). The Windows install may seem "easy" but I promise you'll have better results, better support, and better success if you run this on Debian or Ubuntu.
