New Member and Problem

Dear All, I'm a new member, and having a major problem with Koha. We have imported all our MARC records having converted them from an Excel spreadsheet. This worked, but the Call Number did not show. So we un-imported the records, made some adjustments and tried again. Now we cannot search by Title for any record, as we get the error message "Can't call method "as_usmarc" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Search.pm line 2157". I've read that this means the records need reindexing. We just can't figure out how to do this . . . . Failing this, how can we delete ALL the records and start again? Unimporting seems to take about 24 hours, and we just don't have time. Please help!! Thanks, GT

Acquisition: Newest to Oldest" search not working

Dear Friends, It is seems that, "Sort by > Acquisition: Newest to Oldest" in Advance Search in OPAC feature does not list books in order. That is, it does not show new items first. Patron image upload error

Dear Friends, I got an error while uploading patron image. Amazon contents not appearing in OPAC

I have been trying to set Amazon cover images/reviews in my koha 3.00.06 installation. I have done settings in Global System Preferences - Admin (AmazonCover Image, Amazon enabled, Amazon Reviews, OPAC Amazon Enabled)=on,Enhanced Contents(AmazonSimilar Items, AWSAccessKey ID, AWSPrivateKey, OPAC AmazonCover Image, OPAC Amazon Similar Item)=on plus added both accesskey and privatekey from AWS, Local Use (Amazon Cover Images, Amazon Enabled, Amazon Reviews, OPAC Amazon Enabled)=on I have also set our system time but still amazon cover images, amazon reviews etc. does not appear neither on staff client as well as on OPAC. Can someone help me to know what is missing here. Thanks, Sunita Barve

Ubuntu version to Install Koha

Hi, First I'd like to thank the community that always send me good and quickly answers. Now I'd like to know what Ubuntu's version is recommended to install Koha. I've found installation manuals about version 8.10 to Koha's versios 3.0, it's good enough? Thanks, Geovana.
