I recently messed up an import or two as well.... http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.misc.koha/38651 wound up clearing the database and re-importing (correctly...1 {single} time). Hi, Actually it the Accession Number only that pasted in form of Barcode Sticker on a Book. (in Koha this Accession Number is termed as Barcode - MARC21 Tag 952$p; after searching any catalog you can found it's item barcodes in the result output page). While check out if you do not found any barcode sticker pasted on the book then you must look for Accession Number on it and put it manually in "Enter item barcode:" and click on "Check out" button. RDA Framework??

Hello and Happy Friday! I saw this link to the RDA Framework in a different thread (converting marc21 from aacr2 to rda) I was looking over the frameworks in my Koha instance and it seems I added a new RDA framework to KOHA - or am I confused? *Framework: RDA / Description: RDA Framework*. Do I need to import this RDA framework also? http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/MARC_frameworks Will it overwrite what is already in the system or is it the same thing? RDA is not the default framework in Koha right? Just wanted to clarify. Also, when that framework is used as the default, does that also mean that mediatype and carrier (etc) data are also displayed in the OPAC? And, finally, whew... If my previous records are not RDA, how challenging is it to convert the previous default framework to the RDA framework? Koha LDAP configuration

not sure this is the correct list. We've setup Koha 3.20 and would like to configure Koha to use LDAP only for authentication, ie logins (no mapping or attributes). Koha is running on Redhat 6.6 I can successfully query LDAP (Active Directory) using linux command ldapsearch binding to email address however I can not seem to correctly configure koha-conf.xml. I believe I read over all how to's but I continue to get LDAP bind failed as kohauser someUserID: LDAP error #8: LDAP_STRONG_AUTH_REQUIRED server requires authentication be performed with a SASL mechanism via the web login and running opac-user.pl username=someUserID password=someUserIDpassword > junk.txt Other then the ldap statements in koha-conf.xml are there any that would have koha use the ldap.conf file?
