Hello everyone, I imported records with *dedupbarcode* option and some of them were imported with no barcode, because there were already some items with the same barcode, as expected. Now, I want to be able to check out some of the items that have no barcode information, and tried the syspref *itemBarcodeFallbackSearch*. This is nice because in the check out interface I can now input other information (callnumber, copy number, record title) and still retrieve the item. However, it seems that this search only provides the items that actually have barcode information associated with it. In the code: https://github.com/Koha-Community/Koha/blob/master/circ/circulation.pl#L359 It seems that the item is only added to the list of options if there is, in fact, bar code information. After a couple of tests, it never returns the items with no barcode, only the ones that have it. Has anyone tried this? Is this the expected behaviour? Thanks, Pedro Amorim

Title lost in cataloguing and acquisitions

Good morning We are facing a strange behaviour of koha 16.11.06 on debian 8 fresh install, and I wish to ask if anybody else have identifier a similar behaviour, we have not seen any bug related or we have not been able to find it. We identified a bad sorting in list... it was due because title was lost in biblio.title, we are still trying to figyre out why? email module wise

Dear all, Is there anyway to send the email module wise i.e. in sender address email should be separate module emails so that if a user reply should directly come to concern module manager like Acquisition, Circulation, Serial etc. because the emails are generating from the various modules/manager but replying to only one email is something very difficult to manage. Koha OFFLINE

Let my explain: We have severals LIBRARIES, sometimes they do not have access to internet, so they need to catalog books and when they have access again to internet, them UPDATE the CENTRAL DATABASE. Status lost for items

Hello Koha Community, A short introduction from me as a newcomer to the community: At DTU Library, Technical University of Denmark, we are migrating from Aleph to Koha. Some 300.000 bib records and corresponding items. Patrons will not be migrated from Aleph but from our local user/patron database, used at present both for sync to Aleph and for general login to our DI/integrated search. Our discovery interface (DTU Findit - Solr/Blacklight) will be the frontend for all Koha transactions. At the moment we are working on getting the integration between Koha and the discovery interface done. For most part based on ILS-DI. For getting the bibliographic records into the data store of our Discovery interface we will rely on OAI harvesting from Koha although we do experience some serious and worrying performance issues in that area at the moment. The project started autumn 2016 and time line is to go live September this year. I have worked as a system librarian for 25 years - mostly databases, discovery interfaces, project management etc. But never with books or printed material as such - luckily I have colleagues who can help. To my question - apologies if it should be obvious: Where do I mark an item lost? I can find documentation on where it should be (Item Statuses/Edit item) but not find the option anywhere in our test installation (version 16.05.05.000) I look forward to working with Koha and with you all.
