Problems with barcodes
by Erlanda Simonyan 14 Mar '16

14 Mar '16

Dear list, We have problems with barcodes. For the reason that we have two libraries and are going to have more (consortium), koha version 3.20.04 read barcodes when we imported records (using Stage MARC records for import) with the same numerals but different prefixes as the same barcode (as dublicate). for example two barcodes read as the same : FL0012345 and NL0012345 and Number of items ignored because of duplicate barcode. Your help is appreciated. Kind regards

Outstanding order (only one order per subscription is allowed)
by library 10 Mar '16

10 Mar '16

Hi I am having a problem entering serials information in the Acquisitions module. I keep getting the message "Outstanding order (only one order per subscription is allowed)" when I try to enter a subscription into the new basket for the vendor. I don't really understand the relationship between renewing a subscription in the Serials module and entering budget information in the Acquisitions Module. Can anyone direct me to more information than is in the Manual. I am using 3.20.4 Thanks Ann Ann Murphy Librarian Katikati College Beach Road, Katikati, 3129 New Zealand 0064 7 5490434 amurphy(a)katikaticollege.school.nz
