when i request koha through web it give the error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@library-HP-Pro-3400-Series-MT and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. How to limit a staff to check out and block patrons?

Hi Everybody, My library has students (who work part-time job). I don't want their permission as *borrowers* because they can change patrons' infỏrmation, change category,... or destroy Admin. They should have 2 priviledges: 1. Check out a patron; 2. Block/ lock a patron when patron returns books late. I don't know how to do that. Please help me! Itemless records

Hi all I have about 2000 bib records that I imported into Koha in the wrong format when I first started. I cleaned them from the reservoir, but they still appear when I do a catalogue search. Is there any way I can stop them appearing? I have tried deleting in batches by their record number, but the records still appear in the catalogue. None of them have items attached - is there a way to delete itemless records? Or is there something I need to do after deleting them to update the system? Thanks for your help. Deb Vincent
