I made the mistake of upgrading to Ubuntu Xenial and somehow the software for Koha no longer are available from a web browser. I have concluded that the problem seems to be in the Apache2 application. If I select the record from the search I get an error 404 stating that the requested page is not available. That's the expected behavior, means the original removal from the database worked as intended. I also reindex zebra with the command #: sudo koha-rebuild-zebra –f –v instancename as shown in the attached file and the same problem occurs. Now this is weird. In the attached file everything seems in order and running with '-f' means it will clean the original index and run through the whole records table. What happens if you create a test biblio record and run the same command again? Deleting all records in Koha

I want to get rid of all the records in koha, not all the records had accession numbers when they were imported so the batch delete is not effective. Tried truncating the tables in MySql but when I search the OPAC, the records still appear as if nothing was done to remove them. Can anyone assist on how to truly delete all the records from koha? changing the font color for printing account fines

I would like to ass if any one has done or has idea on changing the font color for printing account fines? I'd like to change the color of the printed page from green to black because the library that is printing the account fines receipt uses a not-so new printer (primitive you may call it, not sure if it's dot matrix). It won't print properly if the color is green or any other color aside from black, and green is the color printed in printing receipt for Account fines. Maybe someone or somebody already did this thing, can you please point me on what to modify in the system preference (css, js?), or lead me to what I should read in order to modify it. Getting error after migrating data from Koha 3.10 to 16.11

Dear All, We are getting some problem while migration of Koha 3.10.04.000 to 16.11.07.000. I have took backup of Koha 3.10 using *mysqldump. *And after installation of koha 16.11, restored dump. Upgraded Database Schema. Everything goes OK. But when I am trying to login using superadmin (Koha_library), each time I am getting following error in *Staff client. * *Error: You do not have permission to access this page.* But after just refreshing staff clients login page, I am able to login successfully.
