Yes, we have this exact setup. Holds issue after recent upgrade

After recently upgrading to the packaged version of 19.05.04.000 on Debian, we can no longer cancel any holds. We get the following Software error in the Staff client: Can't call method "notforloan" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Reserves.pm line 1171. Any ideas? Thanks! Steve

I am new to this list and have recently taken over management of a small library using Koha. I would like to be able to print individual spine labels rather than batch printing. I read on the Bywater site that Dymo LabelWriter 450 twin Turbo will do this and is compatible with Koha. Can anyone confirm this or suggest an alternative? And what happens to those holds once they are cancelled? Will they trigger the next hold, if there is one, or transfer back home? One of the reasons we don't use this tool is that it is slow. Another is that it doesn't trigger to go home or to the next hold. For those reasons, we find no compelling reason to use it. We just check the item in, cancel the expired hold, and then check it in again to trigger any pending actions. This is much faster at this point. Incomplete import of framework

Hi There seems to be a problem when trying to import a framework. As usual when creating a new framework I did export the standard framework in XML format, created a new framework ABC and the imported the XML file into the new framework ABC. I tried to do this in virgin installations of Koha 18.11.04 and Koha 19.05.00 but instead of importing all 345 MARC fields, only 102 were actually imported. Is this a bug or did I miss something? Item search

I'd attempted an item search for items marked withdrawn. I added an item search field (Home › Administration › Item search fields) to search on 952 $0 using the authorised values for withdrawn. But when I run a search using that field, it turns up nothing. I know there are at least 11 items in the catalogue marked withdrawn (trying to double check I'm not missing any). I've run a similar search using built in search fields and it works fine. I did make sure the home library was chosen. Thoughts? Has anyone successfully used a custom search field? Staff could select the group of holds they want to cancel and do it as a batch. The development would add a checkbox next to each item, along with a 'Cancel Selected' button next to the 'Cancel All' button, with a confirmation. Bywater has provided a quote of $2,000 for this development. If we could get 10 interested libraries it would only be $200 per library. I would love to know if you are interested in this type of functionality and if you desire to help fund any portion of it.
