Dear Team, We have been providing Koha support services including hosting, DB migration, various hardware integration including NFC technology. Would like to get listed as a Koha support service provider at below page. https://koha-community.org/support/paid-support/random/ Just wondering if this is the correct mailing list to send introduction information as instructed below. https://koha-community.org/support/paid-support/how-to-get-listed/ Aplogies if I have missed something. Help with a report query

Hi folks I have the following report query: ---- SELECT monthname(datetime) month, type, count(datetime) as count from statistics where YEAR(datetime) = YEAR(NOW()) and type in ('issue', 'renew') GROUP BY month, type ORDER BY month(datetime) ---- This works well but I've been asked to provide a mechanism to select the year to run this for (I would guess similar to the construct " DATE (b.dateexpiry) BETWEEN <<Between (yyyy-mm-dd)|date>> AND <<and (yyyy-mm-dd)|date>>", except selecting only years) Is it possible to do this? And if so, how? Renewing on-site chekouts

Hi, is it possible to have the option for patrons to renew the on-site chekouts they have? (And the staff to renew the patron's checkouts, of course.) Also, is it possible to define that the due date for on-site checkouts comes from the system automatically? Now we have to click it every time we have a patron / material that's for on-site checkout? When you click to have an on-site checkout, the system automatically suggests the end of the current day to be the due date. We wish it would be according to our circulation rules and calendar, usually 28 days period would be good. Is there a system preference(s) to help us with these problems? Binding journals

Hi folks This might seem like a silly question, but how does Koha manage serials to be bound together? It creates an item record per serial issue on issue receipt, but once we send several issues to be bound into a volume do we have to delete those items manually? Or is there some Koha process that takes care of that? (and how does this work?) Help restoring OPAC search box

Hi All— thank you in advance for any help— I am new to Koha and using the software for a research project at Syracuse University. I’ve made an error that is way beyond my knowledge! I copied and pasted some code from ByWaterSolutions into the OpacCustomSearch field (which was empty) and in doing so I unintentionally erased the library branch pulldown menu from the main search page. Is there a way to return to the default search box which included a pull down menu for search by keyword, author, etc. and another pulldown for library branch? Or, is there code that I can add to the existing code to restore the library dropdown menu to the search box? Restricting access to Koha by IP via Apache

Greetings from the last day of the koha-US conference in Pueblo, Colorado! For reasons too boring to relate here, I'm trying to put our Koha system on a cloud server but restrict it to certain IP addresses. I've tried two ways: <DirectoryMatch "^/(.+)/"> Require ip 123.123.123.123 </DirectoryMatch> makes most of the information unavailable, but some of it is still coming through. The test site is 157.245.82.80, if anyone's interested. The other way I've tried is <Directory /foo/bar/> Require ip 123.123.123.123 </Directory> The second one works when I'm restricting access to /var/www/html, but I haven't figured out how to use that with Koha. So: Can anyone tell me how to do a DirectoryMatch statement that will restrict everything, including subdirectories? or Can anyone tell me which directory (or directories) Koha needs to start and lack of access will prevent it from running? I've broken multiple (test, fortunately) instances of Koha by accident, but now that I want it not to work, I'm stumped. (We're winding up, and I probably won't read my e-mail until Monday at the earliest.) Deleting items without barcodes

Hello, I have a list of items that I would like to batch delete but the items do not have barcodes. There is an option to batch delete using an item number file but I do not know how to extract the item numbers from Koha to make the file. Can anyone help?
