Good evening, we are starting to use the koha catalog for loans and we realized that when checking out of the copy after booking, when entering the copy code, the system generates this error: Software error: Duplicate ID For help, please send mail to the webmaster, giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Is there a way to correct this problem?
Bar codes, patron ID numbers and 001 - CONTROL NUMBER all have to be unique. I am not sure which ID number the warning is for, but check those numbers for duplicates. Does it happen with every item you check out or just the one? Hi Go to More/About/System information and check if you have a warning about duplicated records. If is the case, follow instructions on the error message. Regards.
