we are starting to use the koha catalog for loans and we realized that when checking out of the copy after booking, when entering the copy code, the system generates this error:
Software error:
Duplicate ID
For help, please send mail to the webmaster, giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
Is there a way to correct this problem?
