processz3950queue error

I get the following errors in z3950-daemon.log after ./processz3950queue: Bareword "Net::Z3950::RecordSyntax::USMARC" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at ./processz3950queue line 260. Bareword "Net::Z3950::RecordSyntax::UNIMARC" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at ./processz3950queue line 261. Execution of ./processz3950queue aborted due to compilation errors. My template looks like this: <select name="syntax"> <option value="USMARC">USMARC</option> <option value="MARC21">MARC21</option> <option value="UNIMARC">UNIMARC</option> </select> I'm running Koha 2.2.5 on Dapper. I see that last month someone posted to the list concerning this same error. Any ideas? I've tried selecting different syntax for the z3950 servers including MARC21 without luck. --Jason

Problems while displaying search results

Hello, I have just installed Koha 2.2.5 on linux ubuntu Dapper Drake with mysql 5.0.22. After adding some records, I noticed that search results do not display correctly. Some fields (title, ISBN, ...) are not displayed. After some digging around, I discovered that some SQL queries contained in C::Search and C::SearchMarc modules cannot be executed correctly using mysqlclient. Help - msgmerge

Hello Techies Do you have a dos (Windows) equivalent of *'msgmerge'*? When I run *'tmpl_process3.tmpl create*' command it gives me the following error *'msgmerge' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.* ** Any inputs in this direction will be greatly appreciated Thanks Sushil

Missing Koha-tmpl directory

In order to do the translation I have referred to the documentation that was available. It asks 1. Create your translation file (assuming your current directory is this directory, i.e., misc/translator): ./tmpl_process3.pl create -i ../../koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/default/en/ -s po/css_opac_fr_FR.po -r However, I have found that *I do not have koha-tmpl directory* at all and all its subcontents. The only directories that I have under c:\usr\koha224\scripts are '*misc'*, *'updater' *and '*z3950daemon*' Can anyone please suggest where can I find the directories that go into it esp. the '*koha-tmpl*' ? Hi MJ Ray/All, Thanks for your response to my mail. As mentioned earlier, I have to set up a koha on shared server, but i can't have koha installed. The Koha install image is going to be copied to the server. Hence I need to set up all the perl dependencies ahead of time. How can i do this?. Is there a pre-packaged set of perl packages for koha that can be given to the web hosting service providers? Please let me know. Thanks, Venita. Call Number not displayed after upgrade to 2.2.6

After upgrading to v2.2.6, I notice that in the biblio simple/normal display, the call number is no longer displayed. This also occurs when a search result is displayed. Seems as though this info was previously pulled from MARC at 942(k). Am I missing some new mapping or something here?
