How to change currency symbol?
by Vimal Kumar 28 Jun '09

28 Jun '09

Dear Friends, I created new currency type (INR for Indian Rupee) in Koha and also defined a currency symbol (e.g. Rs.). But, in many contexts dollar currency symbol shows instead of INR symbol (Rs.). How can I change the currency symbol permanently? -- Vimal Kumar V. Asst. Greetings, print to file and send it to me, I'll see if I can open it. Alternatively, hexedit will open, it and it could look at the leader and the end byte codes to see what it is you are producing. Then compare what you are producing to what works. from the command line $ hexedit foo.pdf hth mike re-v

Changing 00X plugin
by Ondrej Mlecka 27 Jun '09

27 Jun '09

Does anybody know how is it possible to change a plugin for 00X fields? I changed the script of the plugin for our purposes and I changed its name (which do I need), but now I cannot change a name of plugin in defining framework structure: Administration>Koha Framework Structure. In Koha Framework Structure, normally it is possible to choose the plugin. However, for the 00X fields there I can't find such a possibility. Thank you Ondrej Mlecka

MARC Framework Definition When Importing Records
by Ondrej Mlecka 27 Jun '09

27 Jun '09

Would anybody know if it is possible to define the MARC Framework when importing bibliographic records? I read on mailing list that the only way is to change the framework names * after* the importation, changing the biblio.frameworkcode. But would anybody know how is it possible to change it in ca 6000 records? Thank you Ondrej Mlecka
