Koha: how to move 3.2 settings moved to 3.4

All, We've done a fresh git install of 3.4.1 and were wondering is if there is a quick and easy way to get our system preferences, frameworks, and other settings moved from 3.2 over to 3.4.1. I was going to do a fresh install of our marc records, so I was less concerned about moving biblios. biblioitems, and items, but a dump seemed simplest except for the databases being so different. I looked at http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Installation_Documentation but it doesn't mention migration. Is that information somewhere I've missed? OPAC Hold Error

Hello All, I got a problem when trying to place holds on any item when trying to place holds this message appears to me "Sorry, none of these items can be placed on hold." Also tried to change circulation policies several times but there is no benefit about that so I need to know in details please the steps to make these circulation rules. If you mean technical knowledge? Besides Perl, a well-rounded Koha developer should also know JavaScript and CSS, be familiar with MySQL. More specific things to know or learn include jQuery, Template Toolkit, and the version control system Git. Development practices that a developer should be familiar with include writing test cases. Dear Owen Thanks for your reply. Please clarify on having multiple CSS files for a single installation for both staff client interface and web OPAC. When Koha installed for multiple libraries spread across the region or within the campus (central library / departmental libraries, etc). 1. Can we have individual OPAC for each library, with customized interface? 2. Regarding the staff interface of the koha a. can we do merging two different modules into single module? b. can we have customized icon instead of text based hyperlink? Error in searching barcode

Dear Sir, I have installed koha version 3.02.05.000 to our library,and stagged 4255 records as two batches.In the 1 st batch contains 29 records and the 2nd batch have the remaining records.(From csv file) but now i felt the below listed problems 1. I have stagged 4255 records but the the records number and the biblio number is not similar that mean from the 1 to 1045 the the accession number and bibio number is same but from the 1049 bibio number is not matching with the accession number.so the last accession number is 4255 but the biblio number is 4678.Please give me its reason 2.I cant get any report on the first stagged records.i have taken the reports from accession number 1- 4255 but the the reports started from the 30 records that mean 2nd stagged records 3.i cant get any result from barcode search i getting this message No results found No results match your search for 'bc,wrdl: 18001' in KMCT Dept Libray of Management Studies and Computer Applications Catalog. Similarly i cant get any search result from 1st batch records at the time of searching( Message: No results found You did not specify any search criteria. Error: Can't call method "as_usmarc" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Search.pm line 2384.) 4. Another problem is i cant edit the items in the 1st 29 records(Messege: Software error: Can't call method "subfield" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/cataloguing/additem.pl line 607. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@koha-server), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.) 5. I cant check in and check out because the bar code option is not working But i have entered another record that means accession number 4256 to this database but the above mentioned problems not affecting this records So please give the details as early as possible -- With Regards Nafeessa CK

My OPAC banner leaving white spaces on koha 3.2.6

I have added by Koha banner masthead.inc in the en/include directory so that it can appear on top of the OPAC page, well above the Log into 2Your Account Message". And my body css tag is defined as follows body { background-color : FFFFCC; text-align : left; padding : 0 ; margin: 0 ; } However, my banner is leaving spaces on all sides.
