Dear all! (And sorry for cross posting... At least a little bit ;-) We had such great fun in Marseilles earlier this year, signing off patches, that I have been wondering if it would be possible to re-create some of that experience without incurring the costs of travel. I broached the subject on IRC earlier today and after the briefest and least democratic of processes, "we" decided to declare 15th June 2011 as a Global Sign Off Day: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Global_sign_off_day,_2011-06-15 The hope is that as many people as possible will be able to set aside as much other work as possible on this day, and concentrate on signing off patches, to reduce the queue of bugs that are currently waiting for sign-off (66 at this moment: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_sta…) We will try to visualise and document the progress that is made, to make it more fun and maybe even tickle the competitive instincts a little bit... ;-) And who knows, if this day is a success, maybe we could turn it into a regular tradition? * If you have not signed off on a patch before, now is the perfect time to do it! Z39.50 searches filling up the reservoir - can it be cleaned?

Hi all! It's been noted that the reservoir fills up when searching Z39.50-targets since all the records gets copied to the reservoir. Is there a way to clear the reservoir of these types of records (who are not listed as batch imports)? There is a bug filed at http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3069 who discusses how to improve the workflow and logic of the Z39.50-client in greater detail - does anyone have info not listed there? Hi, When I choose Home › Tools › Patron Card Creator › Manage Card Batches When I try to create a new batch the following error shows WARNING: The database returned an error while saving batch 0. Please have your system administrator check the error log for details. I need to know the location of the error file and how to solve. Can anyone give me any idea. problem with currency format

I have to store the book price in different currency format. For eg. some books have the price in US dollers, some others have in pound and some other book price in Indian Rupees. When I am saving the book price (eg: $180.00) in the field "Cost, normal purchase price" it is saving as 0.00. How can I solve this problem? Label printing empty

Dear All, I have problem to configure the label printer of TSC TTP342E pro for koha. Please see koha printer configuration in attached file: filename:koha-template. When i create PDF format all labels empty :filename. label_batch_9.pdf if I create CSV format file, i have barcode looks like in attached file:koha-level.csv What is wrong for my configuration. My label is 40 x 20 mm ribbon. I am looking forward any help.

Search for local call number

All, I've taken advice from the Koha group and enlisted the assistance of the staff in helping me find problems in Koha. One of the things we discovered in our version 3.4.1, is that the search for call number searches by word ( callnum,wrdl ) when what we think we need is callnum,phr . The callnum,wrdl works as is as long as there are no spaces.PI/1985.0031 works. 920/M69b pulls up that call number but also 920/M69ba and 920/M69bi (which to me is okay, because the 920/M69b is first) But a search for Series 21 pulls up "Series 410/Roll 2164" as well as "Series 21" and "Series 21/Yazoo County" I know how to change it in the template, but is that what I should be doing? Acquisitions reports help

Howdy, I am wondering if anyone has done any reporting in Acquisitions that may be able to help us. Having an Acquisitions module is new to us since getting Koha last year and I want to find out both how much and what we have ordered with specific vendors by fund within our budget. I have found the reports library very useful for other areas, but notice that there is but one lone report listed there under Acquisitions. We are running version 3.0100999. Why are there 2 versions?

Hello, May I ask why are there 2 different versions of "official" Koha? 3.4.1 and 3.2.9. Just curious why are u still working on 3.2, isn't it obsolete now that 3.4 is out?
