Install Koha and DSpace on same system

Hi, I am using koha successfully. Now I want to install Dspace. Is it possible to install dspace on the same system as koha. If possible can we search dspace and koha at the same time for some book or pdf or video. Koha - zebra error

All, We had a strange problem with one (and only one) record failing to index yesterday. We changed something, saved, and then changed it back and resaved, and it indexed. But it was weird. In the koha-zebradaemon-output.log I see only 10:55:08-06/09 zebrasrv(15507) [fatal] open /var/lib/catalog/zebradb/biblios/shadow/cache [Permission denied] zebrasrv: sortidx.c:472: zebra_sort_read: Assertion `sf' failed. On the IRC log for 5/18/2008 someone named Mike had a question "Can anyone cast any light on this error msg: zebrasrv: sortidx.c:472: zebra_sort_read: Assertion `sf' failed" that no one ever seems to have answered. So, now, I'm asking. Can anyone explain this behavior? Once again, all the other records indexed properly, and this was only one record out of many and it finally did index. KohaCon 2011 accommodation

On the accommodation site: http://kohacon11.vpmthane.org/ocs/index.php/k/k11/schedConf/accommodation it says "Don't rush to book on the hotels site. We are trying for bulk booking and discounts" I'm starting to think about sorting accommodation soon, has this happened yet? What places are other people staying at (who are more prepared than I)? Kai ora koutou Thank you all for your kind and thoughtful responses. I have decided to attach items to each electronic record and assign them their own barcode range er100001 etc. This way our students can search the library catalogue from home and their classrooms to use the websites. Item types = IR — Internet Resources or EB — ebooks and ccode = ER — Electronic Resource. We can then separate these resources out when it comes to audit time and if we ever get ebooks we can track useage. Items on order

I would like patrons to be able to see in the OPAC items that are on order. I had set field 952$7=-1 but this marks the item as NOT_LOAN and hides it from patrons. Is there a good way I can make items on order display in the OPAC? Should I use a field other than 952$7? Is there a way to make patrons see items marked NOT_LOAN if the value is -1? Any other suggestions? How to reverse the wrong Item Entry

My colleagues I need help to a write some SQL code to reverse the "ordered" entry in the "Not for Loan" field for the books which were erroneously entered like that instead of leaving that field blank in the first place so that they can be illegible for loan.
