Customizing the Koha OPAC on Koha 3.14.02

I have installed Koha 3.14.02. I would like to change the black background on the Cart and List menu to something else. In addition I would like to put a banner above the Cart and Lists region, but cannot figure out how. I will also want to change the white background for the OpacUserMainBlock to something. Koha Not calculating fines

Quick spine label printing

Hi I’d like to use the quick spine label creator to produce spine labels ‘on demand’. Will this work with a label printer such as the Brother QL 570 or the Dymo Labelwriter 450? Does anyone have any experience with these or any other label printer? Just make sure the margins are set to 0 and the headers and footers are turned off in your browser. Christopher

Activating SMS facility for koha in India

Dear Members, I have installed koha (3.8.6 version) on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS using liblivecd developed by Dr. A. R. D. Prasad. Using postfix, we are able to relay circulation email notices from gmail account. Now we want to provide circulation notices on patrons cellphone in form of SMS. I searched through the mailing list, however, so far I could not get a suitable solution. I could locate file SMS.pm in C4 directory and files like Send.pm, Driver.pm, Test.pm in /usr/share/perl5/SMS directory. Kindly guide me in this reagrad. -- Mr. Mahesh M. Hi, Vimal: days ago we experimented something similar, with records duplicated. We discovered that a cataloguer was pasting data containing carriage returns into input fields, causing the submitting of the form. Koha (3.12.5) created more than one bib record. Checking the controlfield 005 for the time of these events was useful to understand the problem, since they had exactly the same value. HTH.
