On basic differences of MARC, MARC21 and UNIMARC
by zolot 21 May '14

21 May '14

Hello all, "Koha 3.14. Manual (en)" considers "MARC", "MARC21" and "UNIMARC". What principle differences exist between these formats ? My database (more preciesely, isis-catalog, 100 000 records) has been created in accordance with Ukrainian standard "UKRMARC". Which of the indicated formats must be chosen for preferences ? What criteria need to be followed for the choice of marc-format ? Thank you, Gennady

Patron self-register from OPAC
by Anthony Mao 21 May '14

21 May '14

Hi, One question. How can I let 'Don't have an account? Register here.' appear at OPAC main page? At Manual 3.14, Chapter 12. OPAC, 6. OPAC Self Registration, it describe as it. But I can not find it on my OPAC. Bywater Solutions' demo site show those words only. Other demo sites have no such words. http://koha-community.org/demo/ -- Wishing you all the best. . . . Looking for a bit of report help
by Nicole Engard 20 May '14

20 May '14

I'm looking for some help with reports that require more math than my brain can handle. #1: circulation by % coll code within a date range [50% of DVDs circulated] I have this one: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/SQL_Reports_Library#Percentage_of_circs… I'm not sure how to alter it to show the percentage of the DVDs in the collection instead of the percentage of all check outs. #2: DVDs circulating 50% of total DVDs where DVD is a collection code This might be the same as the above ... unless you all read it differently than me. Thanks in advance, Nicole
