Subject links not obeying 'UseAuthoritiesForTracings' setting

Hello, We're working on upgrading our instance of Koha from 3.6.4 to 3.14.7, and we've run into an issue with the UseAuthoritiesForTracings setting. It doesn't appear that Koha is obeying this setting, as we're seeing some subjects link to "an:###" searches instead of "su:Words" searches. The tricky part is that it's only some records, not all. It appears to be on a bib by bib basis. We're not actually using authorities at this point, but at some point in the past some authorities records were created. Is there something we're missing, or something we should be deleting to correct this? Cataloguing multi-volume sets

Hi everyone, I am looking for a way to catalogue multi volume sets (like multi-volume encyclopedia). We have our records in Birema/ISIS application which implements multi-volume sets as hierarchical records (UNIMARC field 461, equivalent MARC21 field 774). What I would like to have is parent record with listed volumes and a link in child records to parent record. I linked records and got parent record title in child record listed under "Linked with:" but it's not a link. Is there a way to catalog hierarchical records in Koha the way I described? Help needed testing setting reserves' last pickup date via issuing rules.

Hi there! We found Bug 8367 lying around half-finished and decided to rebase it and finish its implementation. This is important for us because our bookmobiles have serious issues due to being unable to set an alternate last pickup date for their reserves. The bookmobiles have different routes every week and the caught holds expire on shelves while the borrowers can't fetch them. Fine does not display

Dear Friends, I am using Koha 3.14.11. Lot of patrons have overdue with fine. But fine does not calculate and show the amount. It display the amount 0. I tried to manually run the koha-common from /etc/cron.daily/koha-common from terminal. The command executed successfully, but fine amount still 0. How can I overcome this problem? Hello, KohaCon14 is now done. We had a great time in Cordoba: lot of talks, lot of code, lot of (good) food and drink (beer). Every year, the next KohaCon location is announced at the end of the KohaCon. This year, we had only one candidate, so they win the deal ! Help needed

Hello , I am facing some problem in importing my database to KOHA 3.12. In fact in my office we are using some library information system application (troodon) which i can only work in it but i cannot do anything with the database. It has been restricted by the vendor. They are using the MS-SQL 2008 as the database. But we can take a backup of this database (thru this apps) and it get stored as *Troodon5201408181600.bak* *I have installed KOHA 3.12 but i can't import any of my data from my old software * Please suggest what/how should i do to import this database to KOHA. Z39.50 server timing out

I am trying some public library Z39.50 sites but am realizing that they are timing out or not responding. I have tried 199.197.115.61:210, z3950.nexpresslibrary.org:5110, sekls.bywatersolutions.com :9998 but they all seem to timeout or give me an error. I tried http://zserver.spl.org/ into the URL of a browser and I get an error yet I can pull up www.spl.org just fine. If I try http://lx2.loc.gov:210/ it works fine. Any ideas why all the others fail except for the Library of Congress? Our server is located in Papua New Guinea and we use a VSAT internet connection.
