Problem in importing Patron Records

when i import patrons from tools and import patron and upload csv file give me message Parsing upload file Patron upload test2.csv Content-Type : application/octet-stream Content-Disposition : form-data; name="uploadborrowers"; filename="Patron upload test2.csv" headerrow : CARDNUMBER, SURNAME, FIRSTNAME, TITLE, INITIALS, ADDRESS, ADDRESS2, CITY, ZIPCODE, COUNTRY, EMAIL, PHONE, BRANCHCODE, CATEGORYCODE, DATEEXPIRY before this message i upload this file before this time and know give me this errors if any one know problem and solve it tell me. Manager override please at check stand six

Dear Colleagues, I would like to know if Koha can be configured to require a manager's override before patron circulation history can be viewed. Peter, You can also try to import your .mrk file using the bulkmarcimport.pl script since it's more verbose than the import from the UI. Let us know! Circulation Problem

We have volunteers on the circulation desk. They are individual/family members of type 'Adult' not 'Staff'. We are currently running 3.18.11 built from the tar ball on openSUSE 13.2. Their permissions are set to: circulate (all) catalogue reserveforothers (all) borrow updatecharges(all) When they go to check out items, they get logged out with a "timeout" error. But the item is checked out! staffaccess permission doesn't make any difference on or off. It work as it should when the borrowers permission is set, but we don't want volunteers to be able to modify patrons. It was working in 3.18.05. -- Bob Ewart
