Best Koha Implementation Award - 2017 (Koha Conclave)

Hi All, The 2nd National Koha Conclave concluded last week at TCS, Pune with the announcement of the Best Koha Implementation Award 2017. There were 11 libraries in India who sent their nominations which were reviewed by a Jury of 4 people including Mr. Chris Cormack who was the Chief Resource Person at the Conclave. After a very diligent review by the Jury, the Best Koha Implementation Award was announced jointly to the Vikram Sarabhai Library , Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Mysore University Library, Mysore. The award trophy was presented by Mr. Chris Cormack and Mr. N V Sathyanarayana to the representatives of the IIM Ahmedabad library at the conclave on the last day of the event. Since no representative from Mysore University Library was present, the trophy will be presented to the University Library during a separate function in the next couple of weeks. Informatics and the Koha community congratulates both the IIM Ahmedabad Library and Mysore University Library for implementing Koha in the most innovative ways leading to its best utilization for the Library and its users. Replace Module for C4::Branch

Hi Hope I find you well. I have added some local module on my Koha instance for easy printing of barcodes, spine labels and date slips. My added modules where relying on C4::Branch module. However, according to https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink/issues/1, it has been obsoleted. I would like to know how to get the branchcode now with the new implementation? cron issue with Koha on Ubuntu

I seem to recall seeing something about this perhaps but can't find the solution.I have the package version of Koha 16.05.09.000 installed and running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS using the instructions at https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages#Add_A_Koha_Co mmunity_Repository. Things seems to be working properly except that none of the scheduled tasks are running (zebra re-indexing, email notices, etc.). Neither root nor the Koha "owner" account have a crontab, so I'm wondering if the install was supposed to have created one or not? Can someone tell me what the crontab(s) should look like and which user they should run under, please? Anyone have a URL with instructions already? Thanks in advance! Steve

Hi, I am trying to install KOHA ( latest stable version ) in Cantos 6.8 . I have a dedicated server with three website running successfully in it . I need to park my KOHA along with these website . CentOS.6.3 is that latest official documentation published on KOHA ( https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_3.10_on_Centos_6.3_x86_64_en ) . I have tried this but not getting succeeded .
