1. How can I get a report of all the issues and returns in a given period, like yesterday? The report should include the details of the book issued and to whom, etc. 2. Could you pls give some idea of the expected release date of Koha 3.0 as I am putting everything on hold till it is released. Thanx Nitin

MARC to Koha mapping

Would someone send me the default mapping info from: Koha Administration/Links Koha-MARC DB? I'm specifically interested in the settings for biblio and biblio items. I made some changes and have been unable to verify that I put them back to the defaults. Thanks F. Limitation of Koha

Hi, I would like ask a question, what is the limitation of Koha? 1. Collection size - How many books records can Koha handle? 2. Readers - how many readers can Koha handle? 3. Circulation - how much transaction can Koha handle per year? I found a an 2003 information about Nelsonville Public Library in Athens County, Ohio. The library has 7 branches, including a mobile book mobile. The library has 250,00 items and approximatley 650,00 issues per year. Any further information Anthony Mao

I am considering Koha for my mid sized library and I was hoping that there was a way to migrate my Sagebrush catalog into Koha with out having to datamap or bar code. Has anyone had any good experience with these issues? I have 76000 bib records and 14K users. We really need to decide soon Sagebrush doesn't answer their phone any more...if you catch my drift. Interesting display

Hi. When the catalog in the admin mode pulls up the summary search results, the display is placing the first 500 note in place of the 300b information. So I end up with 14 p. : Cover title ; 28 cm. Ubuntu/Debian: hosting and root access

Dear Koha users and developers I am new to Koha, in fact haven't even downloaded it yet. I will be using Ubuntu set up a test server (6.0.6 LAMP LTS) although the live installation will probably be on a Debian box. I have some questions: I will need to host the system on a server outside my LAN. I'd like it to be on the same server that hosts our web site. I doubt that our service provider will give me root access to their web server though. Is it strictly necessary? Also, it should be fine if I manage the database conversion using the test setup and then move it over to the Debian system shouldn't it? I mean, the database won't change from that surely? You advice appreciated. koha on debian etch 4.0

I recently installed koha sucessfully on debian etch 4.0. However, I was unable to start the mysql service and restart apache.
