MARC Framework Definition When Importing Records

Would anybody know if it is possible to define the MARC Framework when importing bibliographic records? I read on mailing list that the only way is to change the framework names * after* the importation, changing the biblio.frameworkcode. But would anybody know how is it possible to change it in ca 6000 records? Thank you Ondrej Mlecka

A customized Debain CD for offline Koha installation will helpful for save time and make installation easy. I got a manual for customizing Debian using Simple-cdd, http://wiki.debian.org/Simple-CDD/Howto . But I could not understand the procedures mentioned there. Greetings; The instructions at http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=koha_3_install_guide_ubuntu_hardy work perfectly. I'm using Ubuntu 8.04, on an HP Kayak 800mhz 750M ram, 38G, with xfce 4 desktop. My method is to highlight the commands and use copy and paste into an xterm window, I use the middle button on my mouse to copy from the website to the command line interpreter. Even the long perl dependency lists worked great. This may be too simple, but have you experimented with the various "Choose Barcode Type (encoding)" in the layout? Still having this problem. I have now tried Acrobat 7, 8 and 9 with no luck. It almost like I am missing a font or something? Any other thoughts? Hi, Some of you might have encountered some problems with 3.0.2 release opac-reserve and holds-transfer-slip was not in tarball. So we are very happy to announce Koha3.0.3 Stable, which fixes those bugs has been released on http://download.koha.org/ Its name is koha-3.00.03.tar.gz You can download file and signatures You can check the integrity of the package; either by verifying the provided GPG signature (.sig) or by comparing the MD5 checksum: 6c7761b26cbc3e515e225e862907944a koha-3.00.03.tar.gz I have also tagged this in Git as "version 3.00.03" v3.00.03 You can download. An extract of release notes is pasted below This release is bugfix only of 3.0.2 release, and doesnot include any new feature. It doesnot add any databases change from 3.0.2. The next release scheduled in July will include features which are now in master but not ported yet to stable because of database change required. That is to say mainly many content enhancement were not integrated Librarything, Syndetics, Baker&Taylor, Babeltheque, and BranchTransferLimits. But we are willing to make them into the next release which will come out as soon as possible in July. can't run rebuild_zebra
