Hi, I'm trying to search the IRC logs from Koha.org, yet all I seem to pull up are the two saved queries. I know I have searched the logs before. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Default Value: no value The number you enter represents 'days'. For instance, if you enter '14', then Koha will cancel a hold and change the item's status to 'available' 14 days after the patron has been contacted to pick up the hold. IMPORTANT: This does not take into account a person's place in the hold queue, if they're 200th on the list of holds, and this limit is reached, their hold will be dropped. If you have a big library with a lot of holds, you may want to set this to an insanely high number of days. ReservesMaxPickUpDelay Define the maximum number of days that a user gets to pick up an item on hold before Koha changes the item's status to 'available' (or assigns the hold to the next patron on the holds list) Default Value: 7 Enter a number (the number represents 'days') TIP: If you don't want Koha to automatically 'do' something to items on hold that haven't been picked up, set the value to '0' or leave blank. My understanding is that the first one (holdCancelLength) applies to holds that have NOT been triggered and pulled from the shelf -- it's meant to cancel holds that have been around for a long time without ever getting triggered. arabic search problem

hello when i search for arabic word , the search return the words that have the same characters not the fixed word in the search for example if i search for امراة it return مرآه -- امارات -- المدينة --المنورة i want it return only the fixed word that i search for thank you

Problem with adding a new serial subscription

Dear Friends, I encountered a problem with Serials Module in newly installed Koha 3.03 with CentOS 5. Not able to create or search a vendor and biblio, when we tried to enter details to start a new subscription. Clicking on “Search for a vendor”, “Search for Biblio” and “Create Biblio” does not show any response and not open new window for search or create. Authorities from Spectrum Winnebago

small font size on screen

Using Koha 3.0. the font size has changed to very small (maybe size 8?) Not sure how this happened, or how to fix it. Everything else is fine!! Any suggestions?? Thanks Carmel Young CUNIMA Malawi

Auth_with_LDAP.pm version 3.10

I am still having strange LDAP problems. On advise, I updated the Auth_with_ldap.pm to the latest version, 3.10. I now cannot authenticate to my LDAP server and all users logging in get this error: [Wed Oct 14 14:32:50 2009] opac-user.pl: LDAP Auth rejected : invalid password for user 'usertest'. LDAP error #16: LDAP_NO_SUCH_ATTRIBUTE, referer: I can remember having to make a slight modification to the old Auth_with_ldap.pm file to get it to work properly. Is there changes needed here too? If I revert back to the old file the logins work again but the update problem remains (that is every login causes the borrowers table value for categorycode to revert back to the value in the koha-conf.xml file even though update is set to 0) I have no access to the LDAP database to change/modify attributes, we can only query. Can anyone help?
