Hi Vitor, Please use "reply to all" to keep this on the list. On Fri, Dec 3, 2010 at 9:31 AM, Vitor Fernandes <vitorfernandes87(a)gmail.com>wrote: > I'm using v3.02.00.007. > The card number is for example 1. > > If you can see the append pdf check the barcode. The problem with the over-sized barcode is a problem with the code which scales the barcode. It has been a challenge to get this to fix all cases. Bug 2409 (http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=2409) addresses a similar issue. Most are working around this by starting with longer card numbers. Kind Regards, Chris

Koha Stylesheet

Hi All, Is it possible that someone can email me the css file for Koha. I want to customize the look and feel of the staff and opac interface. My plan is to alter the original koha stylesheet in a way that that best suits us and point koha to use those stylesheets. Re: [Koha] cart button - change or remove

Hi Bev Thanks for sharing this script, I've been wondering abut how to sort this and it's worked really well here on our install :-) I've found a couple of examples of the word 'Cart' remaining after I've added this to the opac syspref though and I'm not sure how to get to them to convert to our chosen label. Would you be able to help? They are: in the drop down list 'Add to:' at the top of the brief results list http://koha/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl the header for the pop up http://koha/cgi-bin/koha/opac-basket.pl Hopefully, Jos From: Church, Beverly <bchurch@...<http://gmane.org/get-address.php?address=bchurch%2ddH%2fyH1cuEJxBDgjK7y7TUQ…> > > > Subject: Re: cart button - change or remove<http://news.gmane.org/find-root.php?message_id=%3cAANLkTim7JUMnpoRbKepSiofK…> > Newsgroups: gmane.comp.misc.koha<http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.misc.koha> > Date: 2010-11-25 13:42:47 GMT (1 week, 23 hours and 55 minutes ago) > > Hi Elaine, > > Here's a script I found which lets you use the system preference > "opacuserjs" to rename the cart function. [Koha-devel] Suppressing records in Koha 3.2.x
by Ian Walls 03 Dec '10

03 Dec '10

The deletedbiblio, deletedbiblioitems and deleteditems tables are for materials that have been deleted from your catalog. This provides a failsafe recovery option, in case the deletion was not correct. If you're confident you don't need any of the materials in those tables, you can truncate them to clear up space. It's much like emptying the trash on many desktop systems. OpacSuppression is determined by the 942$n MARC subfield. It is not mapped to the database, so you'll need to query and parse the MARC record in order to get a list of all items that are suppressed from OPAC view. -Ian 2010/12/3 Altaf Mahmud <altaf.mahmud(a)gmail.com> Actually, our library never used this feature: OpacSuppression, that is > always set as 'Don't hide'. problems decompressing file koha-3.00.04_fixed.tar.gz
by virginia 03 Dec '10

03 Dec '10

Hello, I'm having trouble decompressing the file downloaded from http://download.koha-community.org/koha-3.00.04_fixed.tar.gz. I get an error message saying there's not enough disk space for the files, and this is NOT true, I have a couple of Gigabytes (and that is for sure, I have no doubt about this) and the message says I have 200 MB, 300 MB, even 0 Bytes! Every time I try decompressing it gives me a different number (a false one), and I have no idea why this happens. Could it be that the file is corrupt? I doubt it though, cause a professor gave me the link to download it so I guess he didn't have problems with it. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you all
