Problems with items and barcodes in 3.4

We're having problems with our item records since upgrading to 3.4. I reported earlier that after upgrading to 3.4, newly created biblios show "no items" in the hit list in staff interface (though they show up in the OPAC). This is still not resolved. Another possibly related issue - barcode searches fail, on all records - old and new. We get the messages: No results match your search for 'kw,wrdl: 17020' or No results match your search for 'bc,wrdl: 17020' if you search for barcode specifically. When we upgraded we ran the script to remove item data from the marcxml. Is there a way to check that this worked correctly? Will it cause problems if we run it again? But even so, that shouldn't cause problems with the post-upgrade cataloguing, should it? Report on listing of all the title, author, etc. catalogued by a cataloger

Good day koha users. I was trying to figure out in the Reports Module of Koha the listing of all the title, author, barcode/accession no., and call number of a certain librarian/staff. The modification log of koha shows only the module, what the staff did in that module and the info. Can I possibly do an mySQL query on what I want to do? zebra donot work

Hi, I Installed Koha 3.2.9 by koha debian package . But, the zebra don't works. I have a look in /var/log/koha/ ,and /var/run , but nothing about zebra. Anybody can help me? Lee

Cart list downloading format

Shall I download the list of books in the cart in any other format? There is only 3 formats to download the list.(RIS,Bibtex and iso). But I have to download it in .odt or .doc format. How can I do this?? Hello Martin, If you are using webmin, then when you go to servers - Apache webserver, it should show you your virtual servers and what ports they are running on. Since you are running on Linode, if things are too screwed up you may just start all over again. But if you say the staff client is working, fixing this should be easy. Can you let me know what virtual hosts you have - server name, document root and port? I have a site on Linode running Debian squeeze and Koha 3.2.9 (debian package) and I only needed to tell apache to listen on port 81. Koha - getting other fields to appear

Koha, I've asked this before, but is there any way to add fields to display? The "hidden" setting in the framework fields apparently only applies to the MARC view. Is there any way or interest in getting it to apply to the other views? We are especially interested in getting the linking entry fields (77X-78X) but it could really apply to anything. catalog search options

Does anyone know how to reduce the search options in the public OPAC? We don't use call numbers at our library, and would like to eliminate the option from the dropdown searchbar list. Thanks!
