Item (Holdings) import problem -- Help!

Dear all, I seem to have trouble attaching items to correct bibliographic records. I have setup data matching using 001 Control Number and I believe this is working fine. After import holdings (in MARC format), I checked a known title and noticed there are several items attached when it should be one. While others have no item attached when they should! Strangely, when I look at the Holdings closely, the Owner Branch, Current Branch, Call Number, Price, etc. all seems to be split over several lines instead all on one line (as there is only one item not multiple ones). Do I need to remove each Leader and 008 when there are several items linked to a bibliographic record? If so, do we just need to leave a blank line between the copies? How do I strip such details in MarcEdit? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Import holdings as a separate file to MARC bib. records

Dear all, I have successfully migrated MARC bib. records from our old system to Koha 3.12. The old system can only export holdings (items) in csv format, which I have successfully converted to MARC with Koha 952 tags (using MarcEdit). So it is logical to match holdings to bibliographic records using 997$c tag (instead of the ISBN 020$a or ISSN 022$a). So I have setup a new matching rule using 997$c in our Koha system. However, after I imported the holdings MARC file to the reservoir using the Staged MARC Import function, it informed me that no matches were found (when I have selected 997$c as the match point)! Have I missed something? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Utf-8 portguese special chars

Hi everyone, I have a doubt about making koha display special chars in portugues. I have done the configurations in mysql and apache to utf-8 as described in the wiki. But what I find strange is that in the same screen there are chars that are correctly displayed, while others aren't. For example, in the image pasted in ( http://snag.gy/AkzLd.jpg ) I get the same portugues word "Preferência" displayed correctly and as preferÃªncia ... I have battled a lot with utf-8 in my life, but isn't it strange that in the same page exists this discrepancy? Thanks, Rafael

KohaCon 13 Registration Page

We have been having some trouble with the registration page for KohaCon 13. So far 63 people have registered and have had confirmations sent.
