We're upgrading to 3.18, but we are not having any luck with getting the Search to work. Found the bit about 941$n=1, but we're not sure what that means and where that goes. Help? Lenora

3.18 staff client slow to display catalog detail

Dear all, Just upgraded to 3.18 overnight and this morning found staff client slow to display catalog detail. After searched for a title, the search result list display as expected. However, I haven't been able to see the full catalog detail after clicked on a title from that list. No problem searching for the same title via the OPAC! Anyone else encountered similar issue, or have I missed some new setting with this new version? Looking forward to your reply. How to start search suggestion in OPAC

Dear all, Recently I have installed koha 3.16 in Debian wheezy 7. My library authority asked me to facilitate search suggestion in OPAC searching. That means when a user will search in search box he will be shown the related items available in our koha database. The best example is Google search, as Google shows suggestion under the term. Koha 3.18 : Search Patrons -- Possible Bug

Hi guys, My server is Debian 7, and Koha was installed using the packages (koha-common). I upgraded to Koha 3.18, and now searching the patrons works only if I enter borrower number. Searching by name, first or surname, email address does not work (search returns nothing). Issue with 3.18 packages

If anyone is deploying the 3.18 packages, there's a bit of an issue with them that will cause the automatic renewals to not work, and will cause noisy logs/emails to sysadmins. It's documented here with a quick fix: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=13377#c3 It shouldn't affect any other behaviour. It'll be fixed in the next release. CSRF issues

Hi guys, In a Security scan test, Koha appears with some issues related to CSRF attacks, we have 3.16 and we are trying with git-bz, but i dont know if that is the right way and how that versión is related with git-bz. Any clue? Thanks in advance, -LL

Hi, what are the recommended format (jpg? png?) and dimensions of a cover image for a bibliorecord? Is a single image appropriately rescaled, when displayed in the OPAC normal view for the record, and in the "browse shelf" below? Many thanks, Giuseppe.

Cardnumber more than 16 characters

Colleagues, I have a problem with entering CardNumber more than 16 characters; how can I change to accommodate more than 16 characters. I have tried on SysPref -> Patrons --> CardnumberLength but still stuck at 16 characters. Any help appreciated.
