SQL Report help
by Jeramey Valley 24 Apr '15

24 Apr '15

Sure there’s a simple solution, not very good with SQL… This query works great: SELECT p.cardnumber, p.surname, p.firstname, DATE_FORMAT(c.issuedate, "%m/%d/%Y") AS Issue_Date, DATE_FORMAT(c.date_due, "%m/%d/%Y") AS Due_Date, h.attribute AS teacher, (TO_DAYS(curdate())-TO_DAYS( date_due)) AS 'days overdue', b.title, b.author, i.itemcallnumber, i.replacementprice, i.barcode FROM borrowers p LEFT JOIN issues c ON (p.borrowernumber=c.borrowernumber) LEFT JOIN items i ON (c.itemnumber=i.itemnumber) LEFT JOIN biblio b ON (i.biblionumber=b.biblionumber) LEFT JOIN borrower_attributes g ON (p.borrowernumber=g.borrowernumber) LEFT JOIN borrower_attributes h ON (p.borrowernumber=h.borrowernumber) WHERE c.branchcode = <<Branch|branches>> AND (TO_DAYS(curdate())-TO_DAYS( date_due)) >= <<Days overdue>> AND h.code="HOMEROOM" ORDER BY g.attribute, h.attribute, p.surname ASC I need to also add to the above: SELECT biblionumber, ExtractValue(marcxml,'//datafield[@tag="020"]/subfield[@code="c"]') AS heading FROM biblioitems WHERE length(ExtractValue(marcxml, '//datafield[@tag="020"]/subfield[@code="c"]')) != 0 ORDER BY heading Basically need to combine the two, how to do so? -- Regards, Jeramey Valley Network Manager, Bullock Creek Schools valleyj(a)bcreek.org

Koha not authorized to use CAS
by Ahmed Hadzic 23 Apr '15

23 Apr '15

Hello all, I am newbie for CAS and I'm trying to integrate some application with it (KOHA library). My CAS is running fine but when I'm trying to login to application with my CAS user I get the error "The application you attempted to authenticate is not authorized by CAS". I found out that I need to get the CAS server's Manager to add the OPAC Url to the Service Management system in CAS itself. But when I'm trying to acces it (https://localhost:8443/cas/services) it redirects me to the CAS login page. Does that means that I don't have CAS Service Management istalled or something else? I really don't know what to do so please, any help is appreciated. Thanks ! Ahmed

Koha is not authorized to use CAS
by Ahmed Hadzic 22 Apr '15

22 Apr '15

Hi everyone, I'm trying to implement KOHA library to my university. I' using KOHA 3.18 and Ubuntu server 14.04 TLS. I followed instructions on how to install KOHA from here http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages I needed to do SSO with CAS (4.0.0). So far, I managed to login to CAS as default CAS user. When I try to login as patron I get the error 'The application you attempted to authenticate is not authorized to use CAS'. I would like to know how to authenticate KOHA with CAS, how to login to CAS as Koha patron. I would appreciate any help Kind regards, Ahmed
