Indexing Not Updating

Greetings, Koha 3.22.1 installed via packages, running on Debian "Wheezy" 7.9, both recently updated. Cataloging works, and I can see the biblioand item records using the Inventory tool, but Search does not return any hits. It had previously worked, but as Imostly work on the back end, it may have been a version or two back when last I tried, and patron feedback is nil. I did try running the Zebra Permission Repair process at <http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Fix_zebra_permissions>, but it fails with messages like: "sudo: koha-create-dirs: command not found" and "sudo: koha-rebuild-zebra: command not found". Checked books - list.

Hi, After upgrading KOHA from 3.20.06.000 to 3.20.07.000 - koha not showing books list after "checked out" on patron account - display only info "Loading... you may continue scanning" But books are borrowed - after logging in to patron account in OPAC - see them on the list. Also work "check in" after returning the list of returned items is visible. Bug? any suggestions what to do? Question about outgoing messenging from Koha

Hello everyone and happy new year. I am wondering if in messaging settings, notice slips & notifications, if anyone has experimented with uploading documents so that EVERY new patron gets these documents to their e-mail when they are added as users and receive their login data? I was wondering if this might be a good way to send out lending policies and other things. Patron Clearance Maintenance in Koha

Dear Koha Community, I am working in a private university library where students enrolled for a academic session only. Their library enrollment is limited to 4-5 years. After this academic year, they have to take library clearance to get their certificate. After that time we normally delete their patron records to prevent using the library.Till now we are managing the library clearance in such way. *The problems I am facing is:* 1. If we want to generate a library clearance report in every month it is very difficult to generate. It is possible but not a clear one. 2. Information of Patron with his circulation history got cleared also. *I have checked following scenarios and possibilities but i didn't find any of them appropriate: * 1. If we make them *expired*, someone may click on renew to renew them. 2. If we *make a note* to their message, Someone may not see the message. 3. If we make them *restricted*, They may be unrestricted someone with permission. *In above cases staff training and maintaining is so much difficult.* ............................................................................................................................. I just wondering if there is any system or menu link like in Patron Detail Page > More > *Clearance*. It will be nice. My application to you that, if that *Clearance *works as : a. Staff click on the *clearance *link b. A page with *clearance *will appear with following options 1. Account Summary [If any due, it will show the account link] 2. If check out(s) [Show the list of books to be submitted before *clearance*] 3. Date of expiration [Show the nearest date to be automatically expired] 4. *Clearance Button [Only *shown if 1-2 conditions were cleared *]* *Activity of clearance button should be: * 1. Create a new row in a new table named *clearance*. 2. Move all the remaining data from borrowers and activity table (i.e. circulation history, modification history) and pasted to the *clearance *table. Deleted records are appearing in the staff client /OPAC

hi, I'm using koha 3.16.00 version. Recently i had deleted some bibliographic record and rebuild the zebra indexing. But still the records are displaying in the Staff client and OPAC. When i click on the same, its shows *The record you requested does not exist. *Kindly assist me how to remove the same.*

Upgrading from 3.14 to 3.20 (Oldstable)

Hello, well it's Christmas and i expected nobody to use Koha these days, so i run a upgrade from a 3.14er Installation to 3.20 (from the oldstable channel). It looked like it all went well, but now, the Web-Installer (Updatestructure) doesn't go away. If i login with the "Superuser" i get: "All required Perl modules appear to be installed. All dependencies installed." (Symbolic links are not supported at the moment) Try `/usr/share/koha/misc/translator/tmpl_process3.pl --help for more information. /usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/ccsr/en/: Input must be a directory. (Symbolic links are not supported at the moment) The latter is from the opac themes ccsr and prog which aren't used anymore, as far as i see. But i don't get how to get this database to 3.2007001... Koha 3.22.1 released

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of Koha 3.22.1. This is a maintenance release and contains many bugfixes. The Koha community dedicates its version 3.22.1 to the memory of 31-year old Santu Mandal. Santu Mandal, an Indian who was a committed Koha user, as well as a Koha translator into Bengali, passed away on December 15th. Our warmest support goes to his fiancée, and to his parents.
