Sir / madam We have huge collection of Hindi, Gujarati and Sanskrit Books. i want to catalog it in Roman Script only. But along with that we would like to provide them facilities to search in Hindi or Gujarati script so what are the solution in koha rajesh Bhatt

Blank Labels

Koha 17.05 on Ubuntu 16.05; installed via package manager apt-get When I print labels, I get a blank pdf file. I get data when I download the csv or xml file. Apostrophes in search terms

Hello all, Our library is having issues with items in our collection that include apostrophes in the title – for example, O'Connor's Texas Causes of Action. Basically, if a user does not include the apostrophes, Koha does not return the record. I found this bug filed in 2010 that still has no resolution describing similar issues with apostrophes and other punctuation marks when using Zebra, which we are: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5534 What are other libraries doing to get around this usability issue? We can't expect our users to always include apostrophes, and so the only solution we've come up with is adding additional titles (MARC 246$a) that don't use apostrophes, but we have thousands of records, so adding these manually is not feasible. Printing Invoices To the right of each account line there is a print link. Clicking that link will print an invoice for the line item that includes the date and description of the line item along with the total outstanding on the account. Introduction / Problem with bulk import

Dear Koha-community! - First i want to apologize that my English is a little bit rusty ... - Second, i want to introduce myself: My name ist Markus Becker, living in Duisburg, Germany. On the one hand i am head librarian of the Ministry of Home Affairs Northrine-Westfalia in Düsseldorf, on other hand i am a student of ,,Bibliotheksinformatik'' (Library Computer Science) at the Wildau Institute of Technology. For my Master Thesis i want to take a deeper look on Koha, trying to proof, that Koha is an possible LMS for the governmental libraries in Northrine-Westfalia. - Third, i have a problem with the bulk-import of MARC21XML-Records to Koha and i hope, someone can give me a little hint (technical details of the Koha-installation below): When i try to import the MARC21XML-File with the bulkmarcimport.pl via console (following http://kohageek.blogspot.de/2016/05/bulk-marc-import-using-command-line.html) i get the following error: > ..Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at > /usr/share/perl5/MARC/File/XML.pm line 397, <GEN46> chunk 5. > > 2 MARC records done in 0.16786003112793 seconds The 2 MARC records were *not* imported. The error is occurring with MARC21XML-files created with my own conversion-script and with files exported from Koha itself. Any hints for me? Attaching a local cover to biblio record on Koha 17.11.05.000

Hi I have uploaded a local cover and attached it to the biblio record of choice. However, it is not displaying on the OPAC. How do I go about enabling display of local cover. Lost password

Sir/Madam, I have upgraded to 18.05 unfortunately, to remove auto increment, I deleted borrowers and old issues. after that, I am trying to open koha with my Id and password but not accepting. In old version (17.11), It was remain stored in xml file and with user ID koha_library and password we were able to recover it. But now what to do? Kindly guide me. Rajesh Bhatt
