Need help resolving error on item search in Koha 17.11

Hello, We are seeing the following error when doing an "item search" in Koha 17.11. We've tried searching on barcode and on author but always see the same message. Our training system (running Koha 17.05) does not show this error. Is this a bug or are we perhaps doing something wrong? Thanks! More than 230 Libraries running their catalog on Koha ILS today in the Arab World

Greeting from the Arab World to all in the Koha Community I am happy to announce that we now have more than 230 libraries running their library catalog on Koha ILS in the Arab World. These are only libraries we happened to know because we are the Koha support company for in Saudi Arabia and UAE, or they are served by a local Koha support companies, like Egypt Vision supporting some in Egypt and Saudi, or by Bywater Solutions in UAE, or libraries which have their own in-house support teams, like in Sudan and Iraq. We think the list will exceed 350 libraries that are using Koha today in our region if every local Koha library announces itself. In behalf of all Koha libraries in the Arab world, we want to say thank you Koha community members, users/ libraries/ vendors around the world, for your contributions and support to make Koha what it is today. In particular, I would like to thank Bywater Solutions for their great and genuine efforts in improving Koha functionalities and in making Koha support reach records high in customers satisfaction. Hi everyone, nice to meet you! I'm Maite, a librarian from Argentina. I've been interested in Koha since 2009 but hadn't had the chance to use it on a working environment up until recently. Since mid 2017 and early 2018 I've been working on a project to implement Koha at one of Argentina's National Atomic Energy Commission's libraries. We're running Koha 16.11 on a test server and so far have successfully migrated our largest databases (books and periodicals) from CDS/ISIS. Now, we've moved onto customisation of patrons and circulation modules to start testing and tailoring Koha's behavior regardingloans, notices, etc. so I'm very excited about this project. Conversion from OLib to Koha

We’re operating a relatively small library and we are considering moving from OLib to Koha. I’d appreciate knowing about others experiences with this transition. Some key questions: 1. How complex was the data conversion? 2. Did you do the conversion in-house, do did you use a contractor? If you used a contractor and were happy, what contractor? 3. How long did the process take? Error with check in. id in two tables

Hi I have an item that I can not return (Check in) . It gaves me the error ¨Unable to check in¨ If I go to About/System information I have the following note: The following ids exist in both issues and old_issues tables: 1 How can I fix this? I attempted the advanced search and looked to all libraries. The system responded that no records were found. I have ubuntu xenial and koha 17.11.04. I added a new library to the database and added some books to that library. When I did a search for the text I could not find them as a superuser. The search would always query the original database and not the new branch. In the database I was able to locate the records with an SQL query. I attempted to run the koha-rebuild-zebra library attempting to get the collection updated. Now I have lost the entire collection. However the database is still complete in mariadb. Now I can not locate any items in the database. Thanks Jack

See Ed's tweet: https://twitter.com/edveal/status/983498140912439296 I'm guessing this is possible using something like Koha's support for open standards such as Z39.50 or OAI-PMH. However, I have no real idea about this (and am being a bit lazy not trying to figure it out myself!). Any pointers or resources I can pass on would be great. Thanks.
