Proposed fix for Bug 23039, holds obscuring check-in messages

I've been working on a possible solution to Bug 23039 (https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=23039) My proposal moves check-in messages into the confirmation modals. I've posted a brief video here of how it looks: https://zivotdesign.com/p/uploads/big/3d6b8a24067f27a834d03b8e104d7a40.mp4 If there is no popup (no hold confirmation, no transfer), messages and/or errors will be displayed onscreen just like they have in the past. Unable to save edited patron record

Hello all, We are running Koha 19.05.02 and we seem to have trouble saving an edited patron record in the staff client using a superlibrarian account. Is anyone has this problem? There is a proposal for ByWater to develop such a feature at http://devs.bywatersolutions.com/2018/01/05/2018-01-05-batch-checkin-module/ -- perhaps we could crowd-fund this development together? Are there more that would find a batch check-in feature useful? If the development is funded, the new feature will be included in the next release and *all Koha libraries* will benefit, not just ByWater Solutions partners. I have committed $500 to this development and may be able to increase that figure depending upon available resources at our end of the fiscal year. Searching Error alphabetically, again

Hello everybody, We are using koha 19.05.02 in spanish, before that 18.xx. After the upgrade, when we try search, i.e: A or a, the result is: (By title) 1. La la la 2. Nam 3. Icaro el enfermo 4. Agatha 5. Album As you can see, it is not in order. It was working ok before the upgrade. We checked the sort-string-utf.chr and the word-string-utf.chr and everything is it OK. Any Help? Errors with Barcode

Hi, You have to use the "root" account I think. I know when I try to do it with my own account, it says I have no crontab, but when I switch to the root account, they are all there. Software Error

Dear Sir I am using koha software (version :19.05.02.000) When I search any record from the database ti gives the result but when I further click any record from the search result it gives following error. But this error was not for all records some records shows correctly but some records show the following error with different ids. Kindly guide me for the same. Installing Koha Demonstration Site

Hello Koha Friends, I kindly request assistance on how to install and configure a Koha demo site (for training purposes) that will be resetting itself at a particular time every day. Kindly refer to those ones listed in https://koha-community.org/demo/. I have a Ubuntu 18.04 LTS server ready that can be accessed from the internet. NB: I know how to install Koha in a production setup. It's only how to make it a demo one that resets itself in a specified time. Regards, Fadhili
