Hi All, I filed bug 21181 with the following scenario: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=21181 1 - Patron places a hold, sets 'not needed after' to July 1 2 - Hold is put in transit 3 - Time passes, it is now July 2 4 - Cancel expired holds cron does not cancel hold - found='W' 5 - Hold arrives at destination on July 3 6 - Hold is trapped, patron is notified Does everyone agree this hold should be cancelled? Printing labels using other language instead of English

Dear All Printing labels in Koha using English language is very easy. Because English language is default language of Koha. Would anybody guide me to print labels using other languages like Urdu or Arabic. Our some books have been entered in Urdu and Arabic languages using Urdu / Arabic keyboard. Regards! Rizwan

koha 19.05 uninitialized string problems.

Hi, we recently updated to 19.05 and now see a very big number of these errors in plack-error.log, it happens with two very different systems at different libraries. Patron anonymization problem

I'm getting ready to upgrade our Koha server to version 18.11.04.000. The server is set up and right now we're running it with a copy of our production database (which is currently on v 17.11). When testing the batch patron anonymization, the response I get is that "0 patron's checkout histories will be anonymized". I used today's date as the cutoff. I ran a report on the old_issues table, and there are 230 distinct users (not including, of course, the anonymous user). I would assume that the batch anonymization tool would also report that there would be 230 checkout histories to be anonymized. It does report that number on our 17.11 production server. I'm wondering whether someone might have an idea what could be wrong. I've checked Koha Bugzilla, but I don't see anything relevant there. Holds

Hi After upgrading we can only put on 15 holds for a member. We used to be able to override this if needed or for our admin account set the number of holds as 150. We get this message: Cannot place hold Too many holds: HOLD FOR ADMIN can only place a maximum of 15 total holds. We have tried setting the hold limit but it still doesn't work.
