Updating donations using Acquisition module in staff client

Bula vinaka Members, Im using Koha 18.11 and would like to enter a number of donated titles using the Koha Acquisition module.Need help on a number of issues: 1. Im in receipt of donated items and would like to update these in Acquisitions to track the cost of the book and donors details. How do I enter donations in ACQ module? 2. How do I override the budget to state that item is a donation or Gift using the Acquisition module? 2. How do I get the bibliography record entered in Acquisition module visible in Koha cataloguing module? Please advise thank you. -Last Borrower is who had it checked out last -Previous Borrower is who had it checked out before them. These fields can be made anonymous depending on privacy settings. -Last returned by is always the last person who it was returned by and I don't think can be anonymous, though I think there is a bug to make the data able to be made anonymous. I knew about Oracle's acquisition of MySQL and the potential upheaval it might have wrought. We were quite worried at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Learning Resource Center (LRC) -- it took me three months to learn to say that in one breath -- because a number of researchers had MySQL databases. And who would come to the LRC for a replacement? The LRC's Applied Medical Informatics (a.k.a. library IT). We were quite relieved when our fears didn't come to pass. Thanks for the history detail; I had no idea. I have seen Koha's use of MySQL in the documentation, and I'm used to SQLite through my use of Xojo (formerly REALbasic). But I haven't heard of MariaDB, and I just had to ask before committing my library to something that might later break. Installation Stuck at mpm_itk Stage?

Hello, all! Recent followers of this discussion group will have read that I am installing Koha in my new library. I am attempting yet again. I get to this stage, and I get stopped.
