Hi domm, This is more of a "koha-devel" than a "koha" listserv question, so you might not see as many responses here either. Regarding that module, there is a comment that says "FIXME - this should be moved to a configuration file", but really it should be based dynamically on the database data, since it's possible for staff interface users to create new authority types and to assign authority types to arbitrary bibliographic fields via the MARC Bibliographic Frameworks. (For performance, the mapping would need to be cached in Memcached.) That said, I don't have any sponsorship to do that work, so typically I just patch things locally. In this case, you could probably submit a patch to upstream. You might struggle to find someone willing to test it, but feel free to CC me to the Bugzilla report, and I'd take a look if you provide a clear test plan. I've spent a lot of time looking at C4::Heading::MARC21, so I feel your pain haha. No Warning Message while Checking Out a Particular Item Type to a Particular Patron Category (Already restricted in Circulation and Fine rules)

Hello, I have restricted a *particular item type (say, Textbook)* to a *particular patron category (say, Project Fellow)* for not checking out under circulation and fine rules in Koha. While checking out a book under the same item type to the same patron category, it is not showing any warning message but allows checkout with the same due date and checkout date. I have also checked Koha System preferences (Circulation) but have not found any such option. Currently, I am using Koha 21.05 in Debian 11 OS. Is there an option to show such a warning message to enable a staff member while doing the said job? This means it's the right time to head over to the translation platform: https://translate.koha-community.org/projects/ Reminder: if you add or change a translation in version 20.11, then you must also copy it to 21.05 and 21.11.
