Can't Define or display libraries in staff client

Hello All, I'm trying to Define new branches from Koha basic parameters in staff client (http://localhost/cgi-bin/koha/admin/branches.pl) but there are no branches displayed, I guess it's fetched through the API, and the http Get request for http://subdomain.com/api/v1/libraries?_page=1&_per_page=20&q=[]&_match= contains&_order_by=+me.name returned 500 Internal server error! All configurations seem to be good. Is it a compatibility issue? My current env vars are: OS: Debian10 Koha version: 21.11.01.000 Perl Version: 5.02800 Mojoliciou: 9.22 Mojolicious::Plugin::OpenAPI: 5.02 JSON::Validator: 5.05 Has anyone faced this problem before? Thanks in advance.

Question about API Biblio/items

Hi I tried to use the rather new biblio/items route ( https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Biblios_items_endpoint_RFC) on a demo Koha instance (20.11.02.001). It works ;-) but I did not manage to get the real availabilty status of my items : if the item is checked out to a borrower, the result in JSON does not seem to include this information (and the expected return date). Could someone can confirm this, maybe I got my tests wong... If so, I believe it would be a useful enhancement Regards M. Saby -- Mathieu Saby

Incomplete LEADER when creating new child records

Hi Our library is working with Debian 11 and Koha 21.05.02. When displaying a bibliographic record in the normal view of the staff client, the clicking "New > New child record" the LEADER will just contain the following: "␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣a␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣" (I have replaced the space character by ␣ to make it visible). It stays the same when we click into the field. So when we fill the rest of the required fields and save the record we will end up with a record that is not properly linked to the parent record. This is irritating since when just creating a "normal" (non-child) new record, the LEADER is automatically filled with the correct content when clicking the field resp. trying to save the record. This happens through plugin "marc21_leader.pl". However, when creating A new child record if we click the tag editor symbol at the far right, the popup "000- Leader" opens and we can click "OK" which will eventually result in the following LEADER content: "␣␣␣␣␣aaa␣a22␣␣␣␣␣␣␣␣4500". This seems somehow cumbersome since we don't want to change anything there. It would be desirable if this content would just appear when clicking the field resp. trying to save the record as it does when just creating a "normal" (non-child) record. Hi Toni, do you still have the import file? Reimporting with a different set of matching rules might be the easiest option. If you haven't made any changes to the imported records, maybe undoing the import and re-importing with a different set of matching rules could also be an option. I don't think you can currently import a sub-set of an already imported batch again. Need help in moving to HTTPS using Certbot on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi Everyone, I have had Koha up and running for several years at the Northern Philatelic Library. It has been running without the benefit of HTTPS certificate security because when I installed Koha I couldn't get SSL to work. Yesterday I tried again to get SSL to work. I used Webmin to setup Apache2 Virtual Hosts and used Certbot to create certificates for "library.norpslib.org" and "library-intra.norpslib.org". Unfortunately I still couldn't get it to work. The first problem I had was 403 security errors. I got past that by telling it to Follow Symlinks, but then just received a list of the files in the Document Root. Could someone please point me in the right direction for detailed instructions on how to move a Koha site from HTTP to HTTPS? Thanks for any help you can give me. Error while Access File in tools menu

Dear Friends While clicking on Access File on tool menu it gives the following error Error: Files could not be found because the "access_dir" option was not set in "koha-conf.xml". Contact your system administrator to add this option. Kindly guide me what to do.
