Problem with opac address

Hello, We've started to show new books at our OPAC site and at some point after refreshing our main site stopped to show the changes. When we ask our IT, he reindexed our site and then all the changes were shown. When we change something again at https://kohaopac.alingsas.se/ without reindexing there is no effect. But when we click on Koha logo in the upper left corner of the screen, which has this address https://kohaopac.alingsas.se/cgi-bin/koha/opac-main.pl all the changes are updated and shows immediately. It seems as we need reindexing every time we change something at our OPAC site, to have main address https://kohaopac.alingsas.se/ to work. OAI-PMH Set Question

Hi, everyone, I'm a bit of a Koha newbie so I hope this is the appropriate place to send this question. I am trying to set up an OAI-PMH set in Koha that looks in the 949 field, $a for OUWKanopy. This info is definitely in the MARC records I've uploaded but for whatever reason, I get an error from Koha saying the set is empty. To make things stranger: Koha accepts a set I created where I have it looking in a custom 909 field $a field I set up, again looking for OUWKanopy. When I run this set, it seems to pull data fine. Am I missing something here as to why data can be pulled from one set and not the other? Thanks in advance for your help,

Logging action_logs when merging records

Hey all, Recently I noticed that no action_logs are created when merging biblio records together, I was expecting to have in the action_logs all the actions that were made, but nothing is logged as opposed to a regular edit or delete, for example. I was wondered if this is intentional, there's a way to enable it or the feature is just missing. Thanks a bunch, Pedro Amorim

Issues with Koha email notifications

Hello! We have recently encountered an issue with sending email notifications (overdue, coming due, etc.). In an attempt to troubleshoot, I am wondering if there is someone who can walk me through the different steps that Koha takes to send an email notification off-list. I unfortunately don't know much about how it was set up, and there seems to be a variety of ways to get the notifications through (we use sendmail on an Ubuntu server). Our IT department has ruled out any issues with the mail server proper, and I just don't know where to look if something has gone wrong. Thank you in advance!! Import records with number of items

Reccords & items import log

Hi I'm new to the koha proyect and I'm dealing with the import of reccords & items. When importing them through the admin tool page (stage/import) stats shows me that there are some reccods and items that were not imported. I just get the summary of the process. Does koha keeps a log of this process? Do I need to define (where) a log level for the import detail log to be captured? where I can see what the error was and with wich reccod so I can fix the issue? I checked /var/log/koha/ but logs there does not said anyting about the import process. Anonymous external link tracking

Hi, When the TrackClick OPAC parameter is set to 'Track anonymously' is the biblionumber recorded? I know that the borrowernumber isn't recorded, but according to the manual "If you choose to ‘Track anonymously’ then the borrowernumber will not be recorded, but the rest of the data will." I have this parameter set to 'Track Anonymously' and it looks like neither biblionumber or borrowernumber is being recorded. It'd be nice for our stats if we could track biblionumbers while not recording borrowernumbers. We're using Koha 16.11 Thanks.
