Dear All, I am running Koha 17.11.04.000 in Ubuntu at CBSE school. I have created new field Student class and section in Additional attributes and identifiers. Every day we are taking circulation report "Date wise list of Checked out Books" and also Checked in books. Is it possible to include student class and section in this report. It will be very useful for us. If it is possible, can you please guide me? I will be thankful to you. ILL Process

Hello Koha community! I am looking for feedback regarding your ILL process. Do you use Koha at all in the process or do you use a separate software entirely, or a combination of the two? We currently use a combination of Koha for charging patrons when necessary and OCLC WorldShare for tracking. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Where can I see and fix the problem of an account with the error message “Your account has been locked”. The username and password were re-set but still can’t login. Hi Peter, sorry, I am out of ideas then. What you see seems to be related to *Bug 19457* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19457> - If CheckPrevCheckout is set to "Do", then checkouts are blocked at the SIPServer (Needs Signoff] Turning the feature off should still have worked I think. Long Shot - Looking for workaround suggestions for "Lost and Paid For" items

Collective wisdom, I'm guessing this is a long shot but perhaps someone out there is dealing with a similar situation. We're looking for a work around that would allow us to remove Lost and Paid for items from a patron's account while still maintaining the replacement cost, and having all other items with a Lost status remain on the patrons account. 1. have the system charge a patron the replacement fee for a lost item (which it does) 2. Allow the patron to pay for that item 3. Have that item removed from the patron account 4. Leave the replacement cost fine on the account or to put it an other way What we would like to happen when a patron pays for Lost item: 1. The patron's is charged for the item (either through the Long Overdue (Lost) process or manually) 2. The replacement fee shows on their account 3. Staff changes the item status to "Lost and Paid for" 4. The item is removed from their account... However, we want all other items, with any of the other Lost status, to remain on the patron's account. (MarkLostItemsAsReturned is set to "Do not mark") Hence the conflict. We've tried the workaround of checking in the item prior to the patron paying the fee with the idea that we could then set the item to Lost with no associated patron but then the replacement fee is forgiven. (Which is what we want to happen when a patron actual does return a lost item) (WhenLostChargeReplacementFee set to charge. Problem with batch cover image upload

Dear all, I'm running Koha 16.11 on debian 3.16 and every time I attempt uploading a .zip file with cover images and datalink.txt I get an error 500. An error has occurred!*Error 500*This message may have been caused by any of the following reasons: - You made use of an external link to an item that is no longer available - You followed an outdated link e.g. from a search engine or a bookmark - You tried to access a page that needs authentication - An internal link in the client is broken and the page does not exist What's next? - Use top menu bar to navigate to another part of Koha. - To report a broken link or any other issue, please contact the Koha Administrator I've checked out Bug 20564 <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20564> and this thread <http://koha.1045719.n5.nabble.com/Bulk-Patron-Image-upload-zip-file-giving-…>. When I check my intranet error logs, I even get the same but still, I don't understand how to fix this. I've also tried it on Koha 18.05 with the same outcome. Can anybody help me? Fines question

Hi All - we have two main ways of generating "fines" - overdue items or book replacement costs. I can see in the accountlines table that for overdue books the fines have an accounttype of either F or FU, and for book replacement costs it's usually L or LR. However, if we write off/wipe a fine the accounttype changes to W. Once this has happened is it possible to work out if the fine was for a book replacement or a overdue item? We've been asked if we can produce a report which has the total amount of all overdue fine wiped off in the last six months, but because all these are now set to W I cannot see a way of distinguishing the two different fine types. We are on 17.11.
