When Plack is already running the output should look as follows (as on my Koha demo installation with instance "koha" and Plack running): $ sudo koha-plack --enable koha Plack already enabled for koha OPAC Plack already enabled for koha Intranet $ sudo koha-plack --start koha Error: Plack already running for koha: failed! $ sudo koha-plack --status koha Plack running for koha:. The following shows the instances with Plack enabled and the instances with Plack disabled: $ sudo koha-list --plack koha $ sudo koha-list --noplack After enabling and starting Plack try restarting the Apache HTTP Server, according to some mailinglist threads it seems to have helped some in the past. Thus: $ sudo koha-plack --enable koha $ sudo koha-plack --start koha $ sudo systemctl restart apache2 And again: Have you checked the log files in directory "/var/log/koha/instancename"? Staging background job at null.0 progress

Dear all, We seem to have a recent problem with staging our import records where thee progress is stuck at 0. The progress status is null/0. We have been able to import until recently when we had a problem with Koha and needed to restore from backup. Why could be the reason for our staging background job to be stuck at 0. Koha performance on Debian

I am running an instance of Koha 23.11.10 on Debian 12.8 on a HyperV VM. I have allocated 16gb of RAM and 16 virtual processors. I have not yet loaded all the data from another system we are exporting from and just have a few patrons entered. It takes about 12 seconds before it displays the list of patrons. Any suggestions on what to check? When I look at the top command it shows app.pl is taking 100% of the CPU when searching. Other parts of Koha are running slow as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. CSRF tokens are not getting validated

Hello, sorry to bother you again. Security team has raised following concern, please guide me in fixing the same: =============== In Koha version 24.05, CSRF tokens are not getting validated during insert or update operations (e.g., creating a new patron). Even when the CSRF token is removed or invalid, Koha still processes the request and creates the new patron. Koha Version: 24.05 Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the patron creation form in Koha. Remove the CSRF token from the input and meta tags. Submit the form to create a new patron. The new patron is created successfully, despite the missing or invalid CSRF token. Koha v24.05 does not validate CSRF tokens correctly, potentially exposing the system to CSRF attacks. ================= Regards, Vikram
