Hello Nora, We are very interested to develop NCIP connectors for Koha and we would like to be partner with you in this project. We have sent you an email. We have a project with a very specific and aggressive timeline in place. We intend to have this coded and fully tested by the end of July 2013 as we have an ILL system within our state that we need to begin connecting to by the beginning of September 2013. This project will be expensive and we are looking outward to see if there are other Koha users that have an immediate need for NCIP capabilities and would be interested in partnering with us on this project. In order to make the partnership productive and effective, you would really need to have a system that you want to test NCIP with and you would need to be willing to share in the full cost of the project with us. Please get in touch with me if you would like to work with us on this. Thanks, Nora ________________________ Nora Blake MassCat Manager Massachusetts Library System P.O. by Vimal Kumar V. 16 May '13

Dear Friends, I tried to install Spanish translation to Koha 3.12.x. I applied following commands, *sudo su * *export KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/sites/library/koha-conf.xml* *export PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib* *cd /usr/share/koha/misc/translator* * * *perl translate install es-ES* The last command showed following messages, se of uninitialized value in hash element at /usr/share/perl5/Locale/PO.pm line 343, <IN> line 88969. Warning: Can't determine original templates' charset, defaulting to UTF-8 Warning: Charset Out defaulting to UTF-8 Spanish language display in system preferences. But it does not display in GUI when it enabled. Any idea about this problem? Regards, -- Vimal Kumar V. 15 May '13

Good morning! The release of 3.12.00 is swiftly approaching, but that doesn't mean you have to wait another week before trying it out! I have uploaded a tarball and .deb package for Koha 3.12.00-RC1 to download.koha-community.org. Please take it for a spin, see what works, what doesn't, and why this release will be talked about for decades to come! Re: [Koha] koha 3.10.4 and z39.50 problem

Hi, in my opinion, the error is not related with koha-error_log line. The connection time out often depends on the Z39.50 target, or on your firewall. HTH.
